Everything's great so far! My second stay here. The temperature as low as 16*C. At noon, the temp did not go to high as well, very comfortable. However, the stay does not allow BBQ.

Good place but the toilet floor is not clean. I think they need to renovate it. They need to put some towel in front of toilet room because the floor is wet after we walk out from it. This hotel is not on mountain view just some village on the balcony. And it’s a little bit urine smell on the balcony’s. The mountain is on the opposite side. But it’s good choice since we go down to road to access other attraction places.

Spacious room. Nice view. However it could be a bit noisy during peak season. I went there during weekdays and it was calming for me. They do have restaurant where the food is good.

Cheapest with huge room space”
This hotel is the only cheapest hotel in Kundasang that has very huge room space for solat, bags, floor sitting, remote toy car playing or what so ever. A huge car park space exactly infront of your room & a simple restaurant next to it. The only downside is the bathroom but acceptable. The owner - very friendly 👍

Reasonable priced hotel located at a high location of Kundasang overlooking the whole kundasang town which is excellent. My only complain was the cleanliness of the toilet.. when we first checked in, the whole toilet smell of pee and we had to wash it ourself.. and please improve the flooring of the toilet as I can see water getting trapped in the layer of plastic everywhere. The management should considering installing an exhaust fan for the toilet as well. Any other thing is perfect for the hotel.
