The receptionist gave a studio king instead of the booked one bedroom king. The room was facing the motorway which was noisy. I had to practically plead with him to actually give me the room I paid for. I will never go to this motel again. Cheats.
Nice hotel great location”
Stayed one night at this hotel. The bed was super comfy and the room very clean and well appointed. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The only problem with the location is you do get some traffic noise but that's to be expected. I would definitely stay here again, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Passing Thru”
The stay over was great, we where on a family driving trip to Cairns so needed a good comfy pit stop. Rocky Resort, is well located, very clean, staff are lovely. Would definitely stop over again if required. Did not eat at the restaurant as was all booked out.

Ok, room needs updating, dirty carpet & the room freshener smell when we got there was overwhelming. New bathroom was great.

Very pleasant place to stay, friendly staff and good food. Will use the facility again. It would have been nice to be able to get a tax invoice/receipt on departure though... Because of booking through your company they could not give me one. I have emailed your company requesting one - but as yet nobody has bothered to respond............

Nice motel”
I have been staying in this motel for years, I don't know if this time I got a bad room or if the cleaning is slipping, the room had an odd smell and the bathroom was not 100% clean. But saying this over the past years I have never had a complaint about the rooms the beds are comfitable, the room is dark and I never seem to notice the trafic noise.

i have stayed at this hotel many times. it's value for money. the rooms are modern with desks large enough to work on. other facilities are new and all you need for a business hotel. there is a small bar area and restaurant serving good food. as it's small and there are many regulars it's quite a nice place to be after work.
