    They not reply my call and whatsapp. I text them for 3 hour. I just burn my money. Please don't come here!!!! Very worst customer service I every face!!

    Having a bad experience and upset ”

    Not recommended ya ! But thank you for your friendly staff . Okey , tbh the location was good . Then , the price is more affordable when you go to the budget hotel . Not worth the money spent . What you see in the pictures are totally different with what you faced irl. The studio was like leaking everywhere since the wall also got damage thru the upper ceiling . No maintainer . Also they got deposit that promises will refund right after check out but still no refund after 24hr check out . Its okay but if these cons could be improve it would be great . 😇

    the picture it show is nice and clean but the time I arrive the room its like OMG totally not the same its terrible then those cheap budget hotel so if still have choice please dont choose

    Many things could be improved to provide more comfortable stay”

    The great things are : staffs are polite, nice and friendly. At least we had good shower as the water pressure was strong. Great location and convenient with at least convenient stores nearby. Major Cons: toilet was without toilet seat, the whole seat-cover set were taken off. no floor mat/feet towel to dry the feet after shower. Room had only two lights working, One hanging above the kitchen sink and one above the sofa area. Minor cons : Aircon was working but found that the small window couldn’t close tightly causing a gap in between and probably that’s why the room was not cold enough. No complimentary parking for guests. No hair dryer. Many signs of water leakage problem could be seen on ceilings, furnitures and sink. Basic Facilities are really lacking in my opinion. If these cons could be improved it would be great.
