Just enough provisions and the great Go-To deal”
Wi-Fi was extremely slow in the evening but got a lot better next morning. A bit old but enough well kept, and just enough room for a one-night stay.

Lovely place but...”
It was a lovely place, and the staff were friendly, however as an English speaker be prepared to use translating apps to communicate if you don't already speak Japanese. Their English level was a bit on the low side. So either speak better Japanese or be ready to use the apps to communicate. Also, it's a bit of a distance from the bus stop, about 12 minutes on foot, which isn't bad, but not great if you're carrying heavy luggage like I was. There are so many hotels in the area and I would have liked something closer to transport, so if you'll be using public transport, that is one thing to take note of. My room had a lovely view on the 8th floor of other parts of the city and the bay at a distance. The room was smart and organized, but I couldn't help but notice that there was some mold on the edge of the curtains. I think they should wash the curtains or air the room more frequently. The bed was a bit hard, not as soft as I'd have liked it to be. But then again, I didn't exactly spend most of my days in the hotel so that was fine. And I've heard that Japanese people typically like harder beds, so its not as Western as I'd imagine. Overall, definitely value for money. Good price, especially if youre looking for a vacation on the cheaper end like I was.

i enjoyed my stay at the roco inn. the room was small and very clean. the bathroom was perfect. everything i needed was in walking distance. the kokusai dori(shopping district) was in walking distance. i was able to take the monorail to visit shuri castle. all in all an excellent stay.

the manager was kind when u get off the monorail, u can go to the station staff. he has hotel maps near the station. he will let u know the location of hotel and u know that there r 2 roco-inn hotel but it takes just 1 min on foot to go another hotel so u don't have to worry about it. hotel was clean when thinking about the fee, i will give 95/100

Reasonable price with nice breakfast ”
A bit far from monorail station and located in the middle of red light street zone. However, we enjoyed nice two options of breakfast. The spacious park, historic spot and shopping area as well as beach are located within walking distance. In addition, you can reach any areas in Naha with a basic rate of Taxi. I recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay in Downtown.

It was ok. The elevator closed on me, which was not fun. It is smalll for what I am used to, but overall I would stay again if I come back to Okinawa.

A little away from the main street but easy to reach”
Staff are friendly. Most admire was the washing & drying machines by coins. Location is little away from the main street but easy to reach from subway, about 10-15 mins. Lots of pornographic place nearby but they will not bother you if you are couples, good to take a look about these culture

Nice Little Place”
My friend and I got an economy double bed room. The beds are pushed together and the room is small. It is very clean though and the hotel staff is very friendly and speak pretty good English. Location was very close to downtown and bars. The hotel has a parking lot that is $10 a night and locked at night. This is pretty standard for cities in Japan.

Hotel location is ideal; 10 mins walk from monorail station. 10 mins walk to Aeon convenience store. 15 mins walk to nearest OTS car rental office. Complementary smartphone is handy when going out. Semi double bed size is too small for 2 people even though room booked was meant for 2 pax.

Excellent Staff Services”
The overall staff services rendered during my three nights stay at the hotel was excellent. The more prominent one was assisting us in setting the GPS in our rented car to the American Village where we could not the destination in the GPS. The lady staff who attended to us was very helpful and obliging and she did it for us on her own initiative. She was also requested to re-do the setting when we accidentally erased the earlier setting. We believe she deserves kudos for her assistance. Another service deserving our praise was the assistance of another hotel staff in helping us to locate for cheap overnight car park online in the vicinity where the parking lots in the hotel were full. Besides the above examples, the services rendered by the hotel are commendable as can be felt by the warm feeling that goes with it. Bravos, Keep it up
