Me n my family were too tiered off from a long travel. Our first experience at front desk was so warmly and greet full, the guy at reception Ms Nikitawas too supportive, efficient, professional and really helpful. The place is close to the airport best suited for people on the go or looking for a place to stay a little while, the pool side area is nice with some of the rooms having direct access to it, and there are more than enough pool beds around the pool area. The staffs are polite and are helpful: ready to assist you anytime. The bedrooms, albeit having dated furniture, embraces with coziness and are spacious enough for a group of people let alone for just a duo or solo. The overall experience I would say is relaxing since the hotel is situated in a less busy area. The lobby boasts a high ceiling interior. Overall, this is a good place to stay if you are looking for serenity.

Stayed for one night January 2020. Check in was speedy and the reception officer was very polite and friendly. The Hotel is old style with spacious front hall which is beautifully decorated. The room is big and comfortable. Asked for extra toothbrush and got it in no time. The resturanrt breakfast was varied and delicious with very spaced seating. We did not use the gym but the swimming pool looks great. The hotel is within 7 minutes driving from terminal 3 of Dubai Airport. The valet parking was quick. The price is very modest compared to the other 5 star hotels in Dubai. All in all this hotel will satisfy your needs if you are for a short stop for tourism or shopping in Dubai. I would come back and you should make it your first choice for now till I write my next review!!!!

Fabulous Hotel - Perfect Location ”
Its a great hotel located just a stone throw from the airport at the same time surrounded with many restaurants and pubs at different price points. The city centre is just a 10 minutes drive. The staff are fantastic and very gracious and friendly. The breakfast can be better.. the bar and grill is great so is the Thai restaurant Both are top class.

Overall, an amazing stay. Only drawback was, it took more then an hour to get a room, front desk said due to bunch of late check out’s is the reason for delay, It’s understandable. Mr. Yousuf at the front desk was very professional and apologized for room delayed. He offered in-house complementary coffee while I was waiting for the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location and close to airport, highways, city center and Dubai mall. The hotel is a true 5 star and the staff is super fantastic. The service was absolutely terrific. The brunch, pool dinner and music dinner were super great. The chef, french, and his team were excellent. The reasturant manager, Ayman, has the best customer serive attitude I have seen in a long time.. he took care of me and my family as if we were family. We will use this hotel again, I promise .
