Funeral for my mother. ”
Hotel is under renovations and shouldn’t be open. It seems abandoned the first night we were the only guests. The bath tubs are rusted. The furniture needed dusting. I only saw a maid once in the three days we stayed. I had to go get towels soap etc every day myself. I put the sign for maid service but to no avail. Elevator was broken. Pool wasn’t ready. Microwave was old and rusted. Keys didn’t work for all guests one night after climbing three flights of stairs. Ironing board was broken. Tv was old , not a flat screen. The carpet was soiled and old because it was time to replace it as we saw in another relative’s room. Had to tie up trash every day and take it out of the room. I am retired military and have traveled the world and stayed at this hotel when it was The Fairfield many times. This is the only reason I booked here. I had already paid and had to stay but checked out on day three and went to another hotel. This was no doubt the worse experience ever with the loss of my mom.

The hotel needs to be condemn. The fourth floor is not use because of a collaspe stairway and broken elevator. The carpet stinks like pet urine. The staff is immature and non-courteous. I will never stay there again nor recommend it. Hope they demolish it before Greenville builds the Federal building.

You need friendlier front desk staff!!! Greensville rooms weren't ready until 3.30pm there were angry people waiting, but the female staff member couldn't give a dam!!!! And would hardly speak to anyone. This is not a good endorsement for your hotel chain. The cleaning staff are more friendly and helpful!! That's for sure

The hotel is great for the price. I did check for bedbugs and any crawling things.I did not find any bedbugs. But LOTS OF 🐜 ANTS. The dark carpet does not allow you to see the crawling 🐜 ANTS but there is truly an infestation of ants in the hotel do not leave any food or any sweets IT will be swapped with ants. I do think the hotel management should exterminate to get rid of the ANTS. I could not sleep the night thinking about them I called the front desk the lady said that there's nothing that she could do there was nothing that she could give me to get rid of them or kill them. She offered me another. I responded what's the purpose of getting another room and there's ants in the hotel. The tub mat underneath was corroded; they should invest in updating the place before it really falls apart. BROWN WATER Overall to me is one of the best hotels IN the Mississippi Greenville area for the price. Night shift staff is very lazy I requested towels and NONE was available. Cleaness **

If you are going to charge me $60 I would expect a little more. Power outage, no coffee or plates in the breakfast area, no biscuits, gravy was cold, no attention to detail here at all. Employee acted like she could care less. I had ants in my room as well. Hallways are dark and dingy, only one elevator appears to be in service. It also looked like the fire alarm system was not in operation.
