              Poor customer service ”

              I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes just to get serviced. Never even got to see my room. Whoever was working was definitely doing something shady in the empty rooms very uncomfortable feeling.

              Cheap and Close Access to Chicago”

              The carpets were a little bit dirty and the room a bit outdated, but the price was right. For a young family, this place proved to be a good value not too far from Chicago, so it worked out very well. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The crew made recommendations about where to visit while on the road. Thank you very much!
