Compelling choice”
As we were looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the airport, we found the perfect answer at the Roly Airport Residence. The room we've had was simple, yet clean and perfect for a good nights sleep. It also had a super silent AC in the room and nice hot water for the shower in the morning. The Wifi is stable and fast. The hotel is in a small street directly outside after the fence surrounding the university area.

The place is just near the airport, which is very comfortable for an overnight stay. The staffs are very good in speaking English that's why it's very easy to communicate with. The AC in the room was very good. There's a free soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and disposable toothbrush, and coffee mix. Also with a free bottled water, and free to use hair dryer, electric kettle, and water glasses. And with free breakfast at 6am. The only thing that I can give 5-out of-10 is the bathroom, for me even though its clean, it still look a little bit dirty like a public restroom. But overall I was very satisfied and for sure comeback to stay here in my next visit in Yangon.

Good accommodation ”
I decided to stay at this hostel for one night to get on a plane early morning. The staffs are very young but they are so kind and courtesy. Room was good atmosphere and no problem on the aspect of clean. One disappointed matter is there are no hot water. We could stand it because it was too hot in Yangon. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible,

A good choice for transferring ”
It's not too far by walking to airport from hotel. But the dining room is different with the photo. The windows can't be opened because no screen windows. We should open the air conditioner not windows. The staffs are kind and helpful.

Great staff. Great location but mosquito problem”
Located an easy walk away from the Airport Roly's was quiet and comfortable except for a serious mosquito problem. I'm not bothered by mosquitoes usually but the problem at Rolys was so bad (perhaps because of the nearby landfill that my private room had a mosquito tent on the bed itself. I kid you not. you actually sleep in a mosquito tent placed on the bed in your private room. even doing so and ensuring the windows where tightly shut I still killed over 60 mosquitoes after my afternoon arrival before going to bed on my single night stay. I plugged up some small gaps around the door and opening the door only for a few seconds in order to go out for dinner still resulted in another squadron of them rushing in. I've never experienced anything like it in my whole 7 years of continuous travel. I can say however the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having a biz trip to Myanmar, and come across to find this hotel nearby the airport. The hotel is very clean, nice, thought the luxury type, but overall very good value. Especially WiFi is so good for biz travelers, and also the hotel owner is a very nice guy helping me a lot during my stay.

Great place if you need a overnight stay close to the airport”
The room was big, clean and a great value for money. All people who complain about it should get used to the local standard. Compared to other guest houses in Myanmar it was a great place to overnight next to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast starts early enough to catch morning flights with a full stomache.

Perfect if you need the airport ”
Perfect spot close to the airport if you have an early flight. About a 20 minute walk or a $2 grab ride away. If you’re trying to sight see in Yangon this is not the place for you. Seemed to be a bit expensive for what it offered compared to other accommodations in Myanmar. Staff was great. Wifi sucked.

Very nice staff and a nice back jard-like living room to hang out. The location almost side by side to the Airport is just perfect if you have to go there and check the flights all the time like we, because of covid-19 all do at the moment... take care and stay healthy!

Great option near the airport, but not close to other conveniences if you're looking to do sightseeing. Definitely the best place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Staff are fantastic and the amenities are fine. If you stay here, the staff will help you manage sightseeing and additional travels/needs.

Room was too humid like in a jungle. Air con was not functioning well. floor was full of moisture. Need to improve drainage system at bathroom though. Dogs were so lovely breakfast was fine! Very close to the airport! Stuffs were nice!

Good for short stay ”
Is close to the airport but 15-20 min walk No signs from the road so was hard to find at night. Night staff was not friendly when I called looking or when I arrived. Room basic but clean hot water and good water pressure . Breakfast was very minimal . Day time staff was very helpful. Taxi driver gave me free ride to airport next day.

Don’t take card, and exchanges don’t take £. Full of mosquitoes, smelt damp, mould in the shower/toilet cubicle. Bed was hard. But the staff are nice, and you can walk 15-20 mins from the airport. 2 greasy eggs and fruit is breakfast, with toast and tea if you want. It is what it is.

better not to take the taxi which the receptionist arranges. there was agreement about the price the driver wanted, it was a smooth ride with little traffic. Arriving at the bus station The driver demanded without reason a higher price. He got angry when I didnt give in. This was the only time that this happened to me. In general Myanmar people are honest
