Not comfortable ”

I dunno how was the hostel before. But for me, So bad. As the pic has shown, it is very empty. After booking nobody message and call me. I whatsapp them but no reply. After i call the number i wait atleast 15mins for the room key. Owner just give me one access card for enter lift. The card cannot enter carpark.So i need to take the ticket to enter visitor carpark and need to pay for it.Aircond is not work, no curtain,no television,one the toilet lamp cannot work also. Rubbish bin no plastic. Very hot , cannot sleep. And the bed got many ants :) I wonder how can owner rent this to customer.
