Great location, nice/ clean and remodeled rooms. However, rooms are really small and make sure to book the bigger rooms if available. Overall great value.
Great hotel ! ”
Very helpful staff and great service. The Rome Life Hotel is pretty central to Rome allowing us to walk to most sites like Trevi Fountain, colosseum and the Spanish steps in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend !
Wonderful hotel ”
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will return. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is model, very clean. Everyone you wish to see is walking distance. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
Good base for some time in Rome”
Rome Life is relatively central, located in a quiet street behind one of the more major roads that lead to the major sights. A 15 minute walk to the colosseum and Roman forum, 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 10 minutes walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountains and 35 minutes walk to Vatican City. There is a nice restaurant located directly opposite which was great upon arriving. The hotel is clean, modern and has friendly staff. The breakfast selection was very good. Room again was clean and modern, but very warm even for March. Our room must have been located near some external air conditioning units or such like which were quite noisy, but not enough to be a real issue. There is a roof terrace you can use on the 5th floor. Overall a good base that we would recommend.
It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The location is around 10 mins walk from fiumicino train station. If you are planning to walk to the hotel from the station and carrying a heavy bag, do expect that you will need to use quite a lot of energy to carry the bag as the pavement is not level. Location wise, it is strategic, quite near to the trevi fountain and halal food restaurant. The hop-on hop-off bus station is also located near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent - look no further”
We recently stayed there for 3 nights. Did not regret our decision at all. Stay there! The staff is fantastic, the hotel is closely located to all the attractions within all walking distance. We had a good time!
I'm satisfied ”
I stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The lady who helped me with checked in was very friendly, and she helped me with useful informations about the hotel location and some restaurants nearby (there are some good ones right in front of the hotel). I got my room very quick too. The room was clean, convenient, furniture doesn't seem old, and got everything i needed (good amenities, safety box, etc). This hotel got a very good location too.. we walked to pantheon, piaza navona, trevi, spanish steps etc.. Oh and the breakfast was nice too :) I'm fully satisfied.
Great stay in Roma Life hotel.”
Hotel allocated us room according to my booking remark, higher floor and quiet room. Besides, we were delighted by free drinks, juice and soft drinks, although it didn't cost a lot. Hotel staff is friend and willing to help, who book door to door transportable for us to outlet Castel Romana at 29 euro, only 3 dollars higher than public transportation. For breakfast buffet, they provide several hot material, like bacon and omelet. If I plan to visit Roma again, I will still chose Roma Life hotel for my stay.
Great boutique hotel. ”
Good staff. Even as i emailed them before i arrived, my queries were answered promptly. During our stay, we were well attended to. From a Jr. Suite we were upgraded to a major suite which had a jacuzzi. It was very spacious for a family of 4 with older kids. Breakfast was very good thou not like 5 star buffets. But just right for our taste. My only suggestion is for them to have a shuttle for the city centre. I highly riecommend Rome Life and will definitely stay there again.
Rome Life Hotel - Great Location - Good service”
We took two rooms for our family for 5 nights in Rome. Rome Life is a short walk to many of the major attractions in Rome, so it's ideally located. The hot breakfast included is quite good. The bar area is elegant with fantastic wine selections! The staff is very welcoming and tries to help. The cleaning staff however missed the mark. Dust was visible around the corners of the room. Our mini bar was not restocked each day as promised. Each room had a cell phone with special plans so that you could have free local calls and to the US, but the electrical system in each room was shut off every time you left the room , causing a loss of power. That made it so the battery in the phone was never charged, but I think the battery had thus cycled too many times. It also blew 2 Europower converters. Biz ctr was broken computer with printer that had no usb port to boot so you couldn't use it to print. The front desk did however print and scan any documents one needed.
Great Location and Value”
This hotel is in a great location to see all the sights which are all within walking distance if you can manage a 30/40 minute walk to the Vatican. All other sites closer to the hotel. Staff friendly and attentive and great breakfast included in price. Can’t complain about anything during our trip.
Great Lication, great staff, clean rooms and reasonable rates”
We changed our original room as it had only about 2 feet between the end of the bed and the desk. Also the windows were lighted with artificial light, no outside view. The front desk was very accommodating, and the new room had 2 large windows with an outside view, and there was at least 5 feet between the end of the bed and the desk. The room was very clean and cheerful. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative was, no restaurant in the building, there was 2 restaurants across the street.
Wonderful hotel! Great service, wonderful breakfast and a really nice and intimate bar area! ”
This hotel is everything it advertises to be and more! The service was fantastic and surpassed my expectations! All of the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and to make suggestions that allowed us to better enjoy Rome! Great value for a wonderful hotel on a quiet street only 10 minute walk from Colleseum or Termini train station. Loved it!
Great location great staff an really nice room with terrific mattress. Really enjoyed small hotel ”
Experience in Rome. Complimentary breakfast was ex cellent with good selection and friendly staff. Bathroom was clean. Sliding glass doors and open shower were funky but not very practical . Free use of phone and snack at no charge was nice Room was nicely made up on our return from sightseeing Rome
Excellent location. Within walking distance of everything. ”
Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was excellent. We walked to pretty much all the main sights (Trevi Fountain, pantheon, colosseum, Spanish steps etc) Staff were so friendly and helpful, helped us get tickets for the tours and recommended restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. Just what you need for a city break.
Modern room. Clean, efficient. Excellent morning breakfast. Filled the refrigerator in our room (once) with water, soft drinks and snacks. Had access to a cell phone (free) which had great gps, info on restaurants, sites and allowed for calls anywhere in the world...again, fee. Above all location was perfect to get anywhere to include great restaurants.....good food and fair prices. Just asked folks at front desk....they are great.
Nice modern hotel but a few issues”
The hotel and suites are nice and modern. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thus, great cusomer service. The reason why I would not recommend this hotel despite the positives (including use of a smart phone) is the poor lighting and lack of a door in the bathroom! The lighting in the room especially in the bathroom was dim and therefore difficult to apply makeup. Also I was not impressed with the breakfast room, why was it so dark as if I was attending a bar early in the evening ?! Additionally, I coukd not figure out how to turn off a light and was forced to sleep eith one lamp light on. My mother was also shocked there was no door for the bathroom; therefore no privacy as the shower door was clear also. The toilet and bidet were separate from the shower stall and sink and had a sliding door for privacy. Lastly, the hotel in general was too dark.
Great room and comfortable location.”
Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately we paid top price for booking at short notice due to our original Rome accommodation being of a bad standard. The room was lovely albeit the moody lighting made it difficult to find things in our suitcases. Also unfortunate our room was below the laundry so very noisy at 4am and 5am -we did not sleep well.
Would stay again at Rome Life”
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, first checked in gave you a map of the city, took your bags ASAP then advised you about city. The guy who took your bags was just awesome. Hotel was spectacular, clean rooms, breakfast was great. Very nice location, didn’t worry about crime for a city hotel, was pretty perfect in the city neighborhood. Not to far from Termini train station, can walk to hotel. Lots of shopping, restaurants right up the street. In room cannot hear city sirens sounds. Makes a difference when sleeping. The hotel will call you a taxi, it comes within 5 minutes even at 4:00 am. Love this place and would return again.
Great location and great staff!”
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Lots of yummy choices at their breakfast. The location is great for walking to the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, Roman Forum, Jewish Ghetto, and so many beautifully ornate churches. Subway station is a close walk, too. Vatican City, door to door is about 30 minutes - walking & subway.
