"Serving staff in restaurant and bars were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus into Rome centre runs frequently which is very helpful. It was a shame the outdoor pool could not be used before end of April especially as there was a charge for residents to use the indoor spa and small pool. "

"This Ibis was like any other Ibis, a standard corporate hotel. Everything was as expected. A 24-hour reception, a good room and good services. Nothing to complain about really. Except that, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, somewhere outside the main city of Rome, closer to the airport. For tourists, this is not an ideal hotel at all, as it takes almost a hour to travel to main city of Rome, after taking a bus, a train and then the metro. We chose the hotel because we were arriving late at night , around 1 AM, and we needed a 24-Hour hotel close to the airport at night. Otherwise for tourists, staying in a hotel in central home is advised."

"Hotel is wonderful compare with city center property, very new and big room, have hair dryer and electric kettle in room which is very useful for long distant travel. Hotel is not far from a small train station with walk distant about 5 min, has some small direction outside of the station, and hotel provides shuttle service to city center and airport charged 10 euro per person which is acceptable. Hotel staff is helpful but has not mentioned city tax 6 euro per person per night on check in, then advise need to charge on departure this may confuse guest if has not stayed in Rome with the acknowledge about this rule. Overall is excellent, will back again."
