Exceptional service ”
We travel all over the world so, when I was looking for a hotel to harbor this hotel came up. I read many reviews and made decision to stay at Romeo hotel. From the moment we checked in the staff jumped in high gear in getting our needs met in a timely manner. During our two night stay, they never missed a beat in providing our needs. On the day of our departure to Capri, our hotel called and stated "due to bad weather" we needed to catch the noon ferry, otherwise, it could be late in the evening before another ferry would be available. I called the front desk immediately and informed them of urgent situations. They sent (2) two staff members to our room for assistance in getting out ASAP. So, amazing out taxi arrived on time and we made the ferry for Capri. We'll forever be grateful for Romeo staff. When we return, Romeo hotel will be our fo to place.

A short say in paradise”
Most enjoyable! We were treated like special members of the Romeo world wide family. Whatever we needed we just asked and it was promptly delivered to our room. We felt as if we were really parts of the Romeo family. This was different from any other hotel. The key to our enjoyment was friendliness. We were given advice and assistance from staff members who knew what they were talking on any issue as if we were their friends. This was very special treatment because it was the first time we set foot on Napoli.

A fantastic 5 Star Hotel in Naples”
What a fantastic 5 star hotel - it overlooks the Naples Ferry Terminal and is in a great location. The included breakfast was excellent & the dining experience is also worth a mention -the Dining room is on the 10th floor so the night time views over the Ferry Terminal are fantastic. Also have a drink or light snack overlooking the pool which is on the 9th floor.

This is a really nice hotel. The location is great for Naples, near the water and right on the edge of the historical center. The pool is a great place to relax and the staff at the front desk are fantastic.

a stunning hotel, very nice design on the lobby, cigar room, rooms and terrace. i stayed for one night during a business trip to napoli. a perfect hotel for this kind of travel. great and fast wifi connection, professional reception staff and the perfect roof terrace with pool to relax with a drink after a days work. overlooking the bay of napoli and mount vesuvio. great hotel!!

Cool hotel in great location ”
Very insta friendly hotel with quirky and cool vibe. Great location, fabulous rooms, Spa, gym and restaurants. Walking distance to port where you can get the hydrofoil to Capri and Ischia. Only slight criticism is the lack of access to an iron and ironing board!

Very stylish hotel”
Very stylish hotel. Excellent and unusual room design. Staff very helpful and respectful but give you plenty of privacy. Breakfast included, but quality less than the standard of the hotel otherwise. Spa and gym are good and well equipped but cost extra. Should be included in price. Pool is small. Location not the best but not bad either and view over port is interesting.

Paid extra for a bay view not worth the extra cost as though you are right opposite the water, it is a main shipping area for passenger liners and you can't see a thing. There are other hotels further around which have magnificent views

If you like design hotel ,this is over design , if you want a hotel that is comfortable, this is way behind! Romeo gives you design and that is it! You find most of devices not humane! Like you don't get forks or knives if you want to eat something to use for because they don't you to leave something that might be smelly! And they only provide a bottle of water per stay! Yes, per stay, not per day! As I pay US$ 225 per night , I believe I deserve more if I stay 4 nights! Also The receptionists are not so devoted to answering questions, at least i think they don't answer you from the bottom of the heart. They just give you the smile!

Comfortable stay in a luxury 5star hotel”
What you can expect from a high end hotel, very complete breakfast, nice designer rooms, nice view over the entire bay, friendly staff. Do note that you have to pay for extra's, like parking, wellness, coffee in room. There is a lovely swimming pool on the roof, weather permitting as it is not covered!
