Clean and tidy room”
5-10 mins walk to BTS, clean and tify room. Most of the staffs are nice but except one, the male receiptionist who on duty at night is so impolite. He didn’t say even a word when I requested to get my room key for my early checked in room. Not a word but just an annoying face! Luckily that the lady who led us to the room is friendly otherwise my day would be ruined by the impolite treat.

worst hotel ever in 35 years; will never book through Agoda again. ”
this was the worst hotel ever. the manager had a terrible attitude. you cannot call reception from the rooms. the internet took three days to fix. the free breakfast was so bad that no one ate it. there were some slices of bread but no toaster. there were usually 3-4 hard boiled eggs but we saw the staff pack it away for themselves. the chinese "bao" tasted like spongy cardboard with ink. i wrote to Agoda to get my money back but they only sent me a link to my account to manage it so that i would cancel and lose $1,000. This is why i will NOT book through Agoda again. I blame them, and i dare the Singapore based CEO to contact me if he dares because i am totally disappointed with Agoda. After years of loyalty to them. The foreign guests from a certain country spat in the pool. The chambermaids were not allowed to give you water. And you could only collect two bottles per day. Be prepared for no English speaking staff. No room service.

Problem of booking, room downgraded”
The Hotel made 'mistake' by giving wrong info about the room on agoda (bigger one, you will get a small one). So we didn't get the room we booked. Instead of this we got a smaller one. We called the reception but they didnt want to give us the room we booked, pretending it was an error from Agoda website and not from them (which is not true) and the room we booked (studio) was not available anymore (which is not true too, was available on other webistes). Also no compensation or apologies. The hotel is difficult to find an d reception too. No info. Staff definetly not pro and checkin is very long. Its a pity because the rooms a brand new and nice. Good value (if you can get the room you booked).

เรื่องสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่สามารถ ใช้บริการได้ทราบเมื่อเข้าไปเช็คอิน เนื่องจากปิดซ่อมแซม โดยที่ไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบ พนักงานแจ้งว่า ทำไมไม่โทรศัพท์มาถาม ปกติ คงไม่มีใคร โทรศัพท์ถามกับทาง รร ก่อนเข้าพัก เพื่อถามถึง สระว่ายน้ำ ถ้าปิดซ่อมแซม น้าจะมีการแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนที่จะทำการจอง ทำให้เสียความรู้สึก เพราะสาเหตุ ที่ จอง รร นี้ เพื่อจะพาเด็กๆ ไปว่ายน้ำ แต่เมื่อเช็คอิน ทราบว่า ไมาสามารถใช้ได้

1. 並非酒店，是私人住房大厦( 沒有接待住客的大堂) 2. 房間並没有45平方，只有约25平方 3. 房内没有衣櫃 4. 浴室水壓太底 5. 房間不清潔 6. 房内冷氣噪音很大 最值得欣賞是，酒店員工， 服務態度好， 有禮貌。

역 근처이긴한데, 중심가에서 거리가 있고. 음식점이 별로 없었어요. 조식이 너무 별로라 차라리 근처 세븐일레븐에서 간편식품 또는 택시타고 나가야 사먹을수있다는.... 이 가격에 중심가 접근성 및 음식점 접근겅 좋은 곳을 추천해요.
