Best Hotel in Lipa”
This hotel is clean, had very nice ambiance, very much pet friendly and staff are all kind, friendly and approachable. I never felt so welcome in a hotel like this plus the staff also love animals we brought our shih tzu and im surprised that they also have an in house dog. The rooms, pool and surroundings are well maintained. The whole area is so peaceful and quiet you can definitely relax here. One area of improvement or suggestion I would like to make is for spa or massage services to be available. Other than that this hotel is so perfect already. We will surely come back with our fur baby! Thank you so mucj Rose Villas Resort we definitely enjoyed our stay ♥️♥️♥️

We had a lovely stay here and we have the villas all to ourselves! Lovely! The area was clean, so pleasing to eyes, the staffs were really accomodating, we will be back not soon but maybe someday again. I’ll never forget that we had the chance to be able to stay here at Rose Villas, we loved it.

Safety and tranquility”
The place is quute far but it offers sanctuary to weary bones and eyes. The place is amazing with its structures and plants. Note: hope it is just the covid 19 effects but there needs to be some improvements in keeping cabana ready for occupants, and minor details like towel with frayed ends should not be given to guests. It would be great if the kawa hot bath is working and available. Gated and walled enclosure with security on duty adds to safety aside from strict health protocols.

Relaxing Stay”
Thank you Rose Villas for your warm accommodation! we truly enjoyed our stay. The villas are spacious and the place is very relaxing. The staff are well trained and they follow strict health protocols. They set up a very nice dinner at the gazebo for my birthday celebration and we enjoyed the food too. food serving is a little small but reasonable for the price. truly a home a way from home. We will be back soon. 😊

Sweet Serenity”
I love this place. Its your home away from home. They also practice social distancing and they provide mask and alcohol. Staff is super friendly and happy to assist you in any way. Food is quite limited as they are still going to open a restaurant but they are open that you bring food for the time being until their own restaurant will be open to the public. I give this place a two thumbs up. :)

Over-all, we are satisfied! ”
We loved their place, accommodation and staff. Although they have limited choices for food, it all tasted so good. You can bring your own food with a minimum charge as a corkage fee. All of their staff are so accommodating. The place is clean, specially their pool. The room is big. Our room is for 2pax but it can accommodate up to six. I just don’t know if there’s an extra charge for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We are looking for relaxation before going back to work and Rose Villas gave that us. Thank you and we’re looking forward to go back and stay longer. 💕

Food is great and affordable, staff are wonderful. All requests were met. Though there are things that are limited cause of the pandemic we still had fun. Best option in Batangas most especially that they are pet friendly. We had a restful stay. Only suggestion I can give is to add on the variety of meals especially now that we are approaching the Lenten season. They can also merienda meals such pancit, spaghetti, and sandwiches

Few hours' stay”
We stayed just the night to sleep so we weren't able to fully enjoy the facilities, or even try their food. Staff was very accommodating though and they'd frequently message you to ask if you needed to order food or anything else. The place was clean and quiet. Our favorite part though was the little pupper who met and escorted us to our rooms, abd then waited for us to get in before going off to finish his rounds.
