Close to the beach walk. Very big size of the room. Nice breakfast. Comfy bed, cool air. Good service and very helpful. If you prefer quiet area in Pattaya, don't miss it with reasonable price.

Old property- not a pleasant stay”
Good things Spacious suites compared to price. Inside the suites fittings are renovated. Too big a terrace Room is well equipped with freezer, stove washing tub etc. Though breakfast served in rooms, it was good. Close to sea Bad things Pretty old a property Terrace is big but no comfortable sitting couches Very small swimming pool. Reception area not impressive Limited number of parking spaces Room entry doors - very old. Struggled to access wifi for 2 days but no avail!!! Old ACs - not working well Overall — not worth it.

Stunning Room with Good Location”
the royal beach view suites is pleasantly stunning, with extremely large room, very well cleaned , well equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, bar counter, boiler,free instant coffee and tea, etc), living room with cozy sofa and high definition flat tv with variety of both english and thai tv program and the point is....a wide balcony with superb panoramic view of the sea (quite stunning). the hotel is one block away from the beach (5-10 min walk)..so be sure to book for upper floor so your panoramic sea view won't get blocked by the nearby apartment. the service is very nice and the staffs are very courteous but due to its medium-sized, there was only a few staffs stationed at the lobby and cafeteria. few choices of breakfast and have to wait up to 15-20 minute for each order, the taste is fine. location is kinda far from the main street, you may need to bring/hire a car or motorbike to travel around or going out elsewhere.

We had a great stay at Royal Beach. Free wifi in the room, super clean, spectacular views! It's located on a quiet road facing the beach so you don't have all the noise of walking street. There is a 7/11 within 2 minutes walking distance and restaurants, ATMs and taxi stand all within 5 minutes. Walking street and beach road are a 5-7 min taxi ride. The hotel did their best to speak English and cater to us in any way possible. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, it's catered more towards the European crowd and wasn't really our taste. Overall we had an amazing sty and would return! (We stayed as a couple with no children)

Exceptional”
We travelled with small kids and this place was perfect! It's in between pattaya and jomtien beach away from most hustle and bustle. Right across the hotel was a beach which wasnt as busy as the other ones, there's a Tesco Express and 7/11 within 2 mins walk from the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious! The hotel staff are a Gem! We forgot our DSLR camera and thought we left it somewhere at a sight seeing location, but the hotel management found it in the room, called Agoda to get our contact details and contacted us so they can send it to us. Really worth it, would stay here again!

location is only for the guests that don't mind to take motorcycle taxi from the main road or pay the taxi truck to get them inside the soi. if you have a car or motorcycle, it is the best! it is about 1km away from the main road on the hill between south pattaya and jomtien. it is for those who like quiet places. it is like a residential area which fits us very well. enough 711 and restaurants around nearby. positives: great and huge rooms with cable tv and and good ac, very nice and spacious shower. parking is convenient under the hotel. if it is full, easy to park on the street which is very wide. swimming pool on 2nd floor. very nice with shower and toilet. sun only reaches the pool until about 2pm. negattives: they do not provide facial tissues which nowadays even cheap boutique hotels provide. the bed is a bit hard and uncomfortable but this wont ruin the stay. it is ok, you will be too tired to think about this anyway. in princess suites the double bed in 2 pieces with a tiny gap in between. they forgot to replace the toilet papers! :!:@$$%#!? also forgot to replace the daily complimentary instant coffee. at the first place they did not provide us a laundry bag (forgot again?) which we didn't need anyway but at the check out they asked us if we took it because they don't find it. well..... i think that housekeeper will need a practice or replace herself is better... breakfast we don't know. we could not wake up in time ;) overall: we will definitely go back and i suggest this place. i liked it a lot although i hate to ask for things that they should do themselves.

i'm staying in the princess suite. it's big but the layout of the room is quite weird. only have one tv in living area. no tv in bedroom!! it'd be better to pay a little more for queen suite as the room has a better view and also better layout room. if you ask for an upgrade at the hotel, you have to pay a lot more than you book it from agoda. the reception is not very professional. breakfast is not so good. if you compare everything, i think this hotel is worth for money comparing to other same price hotels in pattaya.

clean huge suite, i stayed in the queen suite with good services and nice smile. close to the beach and just walk 5 minutes to the beach. convenience store close to the hotel. one thing need to improve is the wi-fi services, it disconnected all the time espercially in the breakfast area.

Pluses: Sea view suite had beautiful view of the ocean; two bedroom suite was quite large; reasonably accessible for elderly or handicapped people; staff was friendly and very helpful. Middling: Breakfast was okay but not great, a little slow when the hotel was full; not on the beach, but was close to a nice public beach. Minuses: Bathroom attached to main bedroom was poorly designed, not air conditioned.

The hotel is located in a quiet and private location, only around 50 meters from the beach and around 3km. from Pattaya city viewpoint. The 135sqm. room with seaview is very good for staying with family and partying with friends. Highly recommended as it's worth the price!

The hotel is near to 7/11 and near a street with restaurants and shops. The room is big and very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, you can choose between 4 different set. The staff is kind and always help you. If I will come back in Pattaya I will stay here again for sure.. it’a not easy to find an hotel with many things positive same this, I recommend! Top!

Suggest to book the biggest room it's the sea view, room is very new. Have all necessary equipment in the room. Even there are no breakfast but it very close to 7-11 convenient store. only 50 m from the beach. Check in and check out very fast. The location is not crowd.
