Come here many times.”
i probably stay at the royal bellagio more than any other manila hotel. location on p burgos is a bit busy and can be noisy if you are on a lower floor. the street life is full on and may be a bit intimidating to some visitors - but the area is pretty safe. i often check-in early in the morning and the hotel is very accomodating. staff are efficient and helpful. prices are very competitive and the rooms though small are well appointed with everything you need and are always spotlessly clean. (this is not always the case in many budget hotels in philippines). the hotel is often quite full but i've never found it to be noisy or disruptive. security is good though the rooms don't have lock boxes, but i'm sure reception would store valuables if required. there's a small business centre next to reception and there are dozens of restaurants and bars in the area.

Comfortable, Good Service”
I enjoyed my stay in Royal Bellagio (this is the second time I've stayed there) and it's one of the better hotels at the price range. Makati Palace Hotel charges around the same and the service there is horrid along with the rooms. The Royal Bellagio is comfortable, totally air-conditioned, makes you feel at home. The concierge is helpful and doesn't not try to rip you off on cash by charging extra for little things.

A fun and affordable hotel experience ”
The Royal Bellagio Hotel is a Makati based experience. There is a liberal attitude in the Burgus Street neighborhood which would be best described as the new "Amsterdam East" becoming very vibrant in the late evening hours making this more of a hotel for the single Man rather than the whole family. I have been impressed with the travel and business department of this hotel for accommodating me on several last minute changes to my travel plans. Overall, I love the Royal Bellagio and it's fun and exhilarating abundance. Oh yeah, the 1950's style burger joint downstairs is awesome. Check it out!

Located in the heart of Burgos St.”
The Royal Bellagio Hotel is right in the middle of it all so... if you want a serene, relaxing place to hide away from it all, look elsewhere. This is where you stay if you wanna drink, party or even simply dine at unconventional hours. We got room 5001 and, surprisingly, it is well-insulated from the noise on the streets below. The heavy drapes really helped a lot in dampening noise... as well as light. For someone like me who likes to sleep in as near absolute darkness as I can, it really is a wonderful thing. The bathroom was adequate but I'd like to note that the bath soap smelled wonderful; we're guessing it's the scent of green tea. The shower head has a surprisingly pleasant setting that bombards your skin with warm pinpricks of fine mist. It's a budget-friendly place but you actually get a lot more than what you pay for. Probably the only thing that keeps us from giving a perfect score was the missing window latch. It would have kept the outside noises, well... outside.

Excellent Location for Makati Nightlife”
Royal Bellagio is the perfect launchpad for experiencing Makati nightlife. It is right next to The Filling Station restaurant (a personal favorite) and Cafe Cuba restaurant and bar, a good starting point for drinks and appetizers. The rooms are plenty spacious, comfortable and clean. Shower has plenty of hot water. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I would choose this hotel again when visiting Makati.

Maybe the best hotel on P. Burgos ”
I was traveling a lot and stayed in many hotels those days. In the Royal Bellagio I arrived and there was no need to care about anything myself. It starts with the guard shielding the traffic and opend the car's door. The bellboy carry the baggage and guide you to the reception desk. A matter of course? Probably but not in the noble hotels around! At the desk check-in is uncomplicated even the room was booked just a few hours before. No nonsensical discuss but only the booking number is needed and you can take a seat for a moment while the nice receptionist masters all problems herself. Extraordinary? Yes, in the land of bureaucracy! Even you are much too early they will do best for you can move into your room. It's a good opportunity to eat in restaurant representing a 24h fifties gaz filling station. There is a great filet mignon. Maybe you just drink a strawberries milkshake while "old Elvis" sitting at the bar. It the same good manner of treating guests (arriving or at the desk or in the restaurant or even the room service) which made this hotel very special. Of all the hotels there at P Burgos this is my 1st choice.

Love the position, plenty to see.”
This is my second time at the Royal Bellagio. I really like it here. I reckon the bed I had would have to be the most comfortable I have slept in for a long time. Pillows were comfort as well and that's a real bonus as us pillow lovers know. Girls at the front desk were very nice. Young men frm the lad in the lift to the cleaners were marvellous. They are all a credit to the management. I love the Cafe Cubana on the ground floor for food, drinks and the funny and constant moving of people on P.Burgos out front. However be careful when selecting seats on the footpath. If you are closer to the door into the bar, you will get served regularly. But chose seats to the far right and you will not be noticed. The best way to attract some service is to stand up and wave to the staff who mainly concentrate on looking after people inside. I waited over an hour for a beer at one stage. Didn't mind as it saved me some money. Yes give the Royal Bellagio a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Great location & Excellent Value”
I was always reluctant to book the Royal Bellagio due to elevator horror stories on Agoda Reviews but I'm glad I took the risk. The single elevator although slow was in fact working. The hotel itself was much cleaner and comfortable than the outside exterior would suggest. The selection of toiletries was very generous and bed and linens were great. The first floor features a very popular Cuban themed bar and restaurant and second floor reception is attached to the 50's style restaurant the Filling Station. This is a excellent option on P Burgos and a fun friendly location for foreigners to mingle with some of the colorful characters P Burgos has to offer.

Always entertaining”
It is always entertaining to watch the street mayhem in this bustling Makati street of overhead wires, pubs, 24/7 negotiations, traffic chaos and unpredictable weather. Bellagio is very reasonably priced and has great amenities... such as The Filling Station and Cafe Cubana... probably two of the better eateries in the area. Rooms are very well furnished, clean, but can sometimes be a little noisy at night when the action gets underway downstairs. The friendliness of the staff is always a treat at Bellagio.

Pleasant stay amidst the madhouse”
Royal Bellagio is modest, but presents very good value for rates charged. In the past WiFi has not been available in rooms, but is now site wide, reasonably reliable, and included in room rate. The staff are very courteous and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, bathrooms always well stocked, Cafe Cubana downstairs a great place to sit and watch all the action in the street. The Filling Station restaurant is a very entertaining place to eat 24/7 and serves a wide array of choices... although a little on the expensive side.

Multiple Visits Since 2014”
Royal Bellagio has experienced much, much improvement over time. Location is great with everything you need/want nearby, inclusive of entertainment. The entire staff is wonderfully hospitable and made my stay very comfortable. Kudos to them for that. The lift works and is often attended; little wait time. The 8th floor room was very nice with a cozy bed and great linens. TV was good as was the A/C. There are sufficient electrical outlets to charge devices. The bathroom was fine except the tub is a bit small & narrow. Toiletries are decent but I was charged 50 pesos for the razor I used. No big deal except that it was a surprise at checkout. On premises restaurants are good — Cubana at ground level with live entertainment (request room on higher floors to avoid noise); and the Filling Station that is accessible on the 2nd floor where Registration is housed. Wifi was reliable and fast. The wifi codes are good for 24 hours of use so you might need to ask for a new one at Registration.

Reliably Comfortable”
Royal Bellagio offers an average room by Manila standards. Furnishings are a little dated, rooms are of average size, however it is spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant of level 2 (Filling Station) provides a great menu of Tex Mex, local and Americano dishes... bit a little overpriced. At street level Cafe Cubana is a very laid back area for a coffe, a light meal, or just to watch all the street life. This hotel is in the middle of the main bar area in Manila and is not a family hotel. The stay however is comfortable and a bit of fun.

Perfect location in the middle of the action”
I thought the Royal Belligio was very accommodating and is located right in the middle of all the action. The room was quite spacious and very clean with a well stocked mini bar. They also have business center open until 8 PM if you need to print any documents or send a fax. Not to be forgotten is Club Havana on the ground level which has a lot of American classics with a Cuban theme. The price for this help is very good and I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Manila for a few nights who wish to be right in the middle of all the Makati nightlife.

nice hotel in prime location”
stayed at the royal bellagio hotel for one night whilst transitting through manila to boracay. the hotel is in a great location for the burgos street nightlife. reception is on the first floor, so if you have heavy luggage grab a porter as soon as you arrive. only one elevator makes it a bit tedious sometimes as the wait can be excessive. the rooms are equipped and furnished to a decent standard. only the absence of a room safe caused a little concern. the bar at ground level is great for a bit of 'people watching' - it opens directly onto the street. all in all, a good hotel which i would use again.

Excellent hotel staff ”
The hotel staff were excellent during my stay, there were two small issues with the room (kettle not working and the shower bracket was broken) both were fixed within one hour. The hotel is new so it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel and staff in my opinion deserve 10 out of 10, well done...sadly (I will not go into details) I can not say the same about the restaurant staff on the ground floor which I am sure is not part of or run by the Royal Bellagio Hotel
