Best hotel but a little bit dirty only in the bathroom. The bathroom was wet. I already ordered a large bedroom but the receptionist refused and said that the large bedroom has sold out. What a shame.

Great location, bad property”

The location and the scenery from the room os absolutely good (family room with mountain view). However, cleanlines and facility was bad. My concerns during my stay: Several thrash left in the room (maybe from previous guest); power outage for 1-2hour; and the quiteness of the room. Regarding the price, it was not good value. I can get much more better room with the same price in neighbouring cities (Tretes, Malang, Batu)

Wrong info from staff”

I ve been staying here for 1 night and that was not my best experience at all.. I booked family room with bfast of 4, but when check in FO staff said that my room is not included bfast. In the morning at 9 am, one of hotel staff text me to let me know that i got my bfast and restaurant will waiting us until 9.30. The property absolutely need some renovation. The room is smelly but hot water is working well. I like the ambience and the cpnsep

An Outstanding Choice to end my Children holiday”

The quietness is a top of all circumstances at Royal Camp. In addition, the Royal Camp is a perfect place to people who have young children (age 4-9) whom like outbound activity such as walking on a rope, walking on a hang tire, walking on a narrow bridge and the most is flying fox that are design for kids; also, for adults who like playing shooting there are a shooting target, paint gun and air soft gun area to play with group. Moreover, the superior room is outstanding. The room was designed from abandon container to become a comfortable room that fits for 2 adult and 1 child. The bed is perfect, the AC is working good and the hot water, too.

I love the fresh air and the Mountain View that I can see in this hotel. it's cottage hotel with the outbound area around. it's sensational hotel room. the rooms name all r birds name 😀😊💞 the staff r all helpful,friendly. their restaurant's menu is indonesian and tasty! I like it. although to reach this place isn't easy, but when I reached here, I felt like all the hard things I did is paid. I enjoyed stay here. they set the rooms all r in the container. unique 💃😍 my first experience stay in the container room n it's hotel. masyallah... Pls give the ☎ bcuse no telephone inside the room. we must to go to the receptionist office whenever we need a help. and pls get separate in between key and the chain,bcuse the chain is for turning on electricity in the room only. and when it's dark we can't see anything to lock the door with the key. pls complete the mini mart around this hotel. it will help our needs whenever we need something, as this hotel is a bit far to get reach to minimarket. The service is good 🙏😊 thank you for your service and patience during our stay in your hotel 🌷

It was nice to stay there because the view was awesome, it has some outdoor activities for children and adult. The hotel also have pretty garden view and mini zoo. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean, we stayed at caravan room, the bathroom was clean and the bed is tidy.

Enjoy, but room pls more large, pls more jungle view, adding swiming pol and sauna pls, or jakuzi with warm water, cafe with karaoke outdoor pls in order to make royal caravan as trip fun hotels

A great unique accommodation”

The first thing that catch my attention were the container rooms and it certainly unique, comfortable and clean. The staff also very friendly. The area around are big where we could walk around.

Fun but noisy”

Good time here. Not a lot of amenities. Pretty limited outbound. And noisy! Pre-6am group doing exercises, complete with sound system just outside our window. An experience.

saya pesan dgn harga 530++, agak kecewa dengan kualitas dan fasilitas yg saya dapatkan. kamar kotor, telepon di kamar mati, TV mati, tissue tidak ada (hanya ada tissue toilet), makanan hambar seperti soto, bubur ayam nya. kolam renang kotor, harusnya dengan harga 500rb sekian sy mendapatkan kualitas dan fasilitas yg lebih dr ini. oke cukup sekali aja deh nginap disini. semoga lebih ditingkatkan lagi
