We stayed here for one night before flying out the next morning. The hotel was great! The room was exactly what we needed, very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice.

Payment issues”
I chose the payment option "at the store" and completed my payment by 'Payoo' at the nearest convenience store. But the hotel said they didn't get my booking from 'Agoda' and I had to pay twice the price. I don't know how I can get back my money that I paid through Payoo at least. This is a very disppointing experience with Agoda. I might have to think of using others instead of Agoda for my future trips...

Simple & nice good size room. Room clean up service disappointing. Shower gel never refill after notify the reception. Use shower gel instead. Coffee powder pack in room only provide for the 1st night even I stayed 3 night as told by reception. Bedsheet was never changed for 3 nights if stay. So you decide..

Nhân viên nên để ý lại chút về thái độ với khách sau khi trả phòng. Bạn tôi đi cùng phản hồi lại là trả phòng xong, ngồi ở sảnh 1 tí thì bị quản lý có thái độ không đúng kiểu đuổi khách. Ngoài ra trong suốt quá trình ở thì phục vụ tốt và nhiệt tình.

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, đẹp và rất nhiệt tình nha Mình đi 2 vợ chồng và bé nhỏ Do phòng giường đơn hết nên ks đổi qua phòng giường đôi. Do mình cần yên tĩnh và không gian nhẹ nhàng nên phù hợp với gia đình.
