The 2 rooms I had were creaking.”
Toilet amenities were ok. Shower head was loose. Beds were huge but creaky. They swapped rooms for me because my partner’s skin started to itch from the bedding. That’s how I knew the beds in both rooms were creaky. Lots of wood furniture and carving which is nice and gothic. Staff were pleasant and accommodative. Only problem was after swapping my room they didn’t inform housekeeping so my towels n Bedding were not done up. Other than that location was great with the sound of waves next to you. And yes they do NOT reply via agoda message app.

Disappointed ”
Booked this for a Business Partner and when he arrived at 12.30 pm we were told after some confusion that check in time was 14.00pm. When he did get to the room the Bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not clean. Poor staff who were not at all sympathetic and we will never use that Hotel again.

Quy Nhon untouched and unspoilt”
Quy Nhon is a Beautiful coastal town with many motorbike trips to do. If you are looking for a tourist place with everything all set up for you, this is not the place. Quy nhon is still very much Vietnamese and that is why its on my hot list for places to visit. Day One: hire motorbike, explore the city and some of the temples and pagodas. Day Two: Bike to Phu Phoung on the Hwy19 through the countryside to HomHo River. Beautiful swimming spot. lovely rivers and mountain scenery. turn off for Hom ho is 5km west of phu phoung. There is also a museum to visit close t phuphoung. Day 3: Bike trip south of Quy Nhon to Song Cau. Take the coast road there and the Hwy back. Both provide spectacular scenery. coast road beaches and then countryside mountains and fields. Day 4: Bike to the top of Quy Nhon Mountain. road entrance across from the Leprosy Hospital road. beuatiful drive up a steep climb t the top of the mountain with outstanding breathtaking views of Quy Nhon. (just make sure you put your bike in 1st gear on the way down and that the brakes are good, very steep). Finish off any day on the roof top of Quy Nhon Hotel. stunning views of the sun setting over the mountains. late evening, across from the hotel is a Vietnamese cafe, if you get chatting to the owner of the cafe he will get his guitar out for a wee singsong. I hope you enjoy Quy Nhon.

Excellent....why go anywhere else in Quy Nhon”
We planned to stay one night to break the train journey and ended up staying FIVE. Very nicely situated at the southern end of the beachfront next to the headland provides a very quiet spot. The Hotel is presented in really good condition with manicured grounds and very clean interior. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The sea view rooms are well worth the money with balconys just 20 metres from the beach. The rooms are big, well furnished, good quality toiletries and excellent crisp linen. The staff lack a great deal of English but are attentive and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of choice, but a lot of Asian dishes. This reflects the whole of Quy Nhon, which gives over little to foreign tourists. It is a 'busy..ish' working seaside town but the locals are friendly and there are more than enough shops to stock up on anything you might need...but don't expect many recognisable labels. The beach is clean...in fact cleaned by workers every day...and the seafront is well furnished and looked after. It's good fun to watch the local fisherman and local crowds enjoying themselves in the sea. This is a great place to relax.

Great place to unwind”
We booked a deluxe ocean view room and we were very pleased with the hotel layout which presented the beautiful ocean view to each room yet staggered the room such that we had total privacy. Listening to the ocean waves and the willow tree flapping at the same time was wonderfully relaxing. We did not have access to Internet due to an IT hiccup but we did not really need it while we were there. We would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Quy Nhon.

Quiet hotel in Quy Nhon”
we were arrived early to the hotel around 11am and the hotel allowed us to check in right away. it may be the low season for travelers. the big is quite spacious with a balcony. we were stay in a garden view but there is not much of a garden to see. the sea wave sounded quite loud at night and if staying the sea view room, i think we may have difficult time to sleep. the breakfast is quite boring and not many people were eating. in general, quy nhon is a small nice city. there is no traffic and it is pretty relax.

Amazing value”
Really enjoyed our stay here. Not a very touristy area which makes the Quy Nong experience special. our room was excellent and had a great balcony for relaxing and reading. The staff and sevice were fantastic. Agoda provided a very reasonable price for a seaside resort. The breakfast was very good with a range of choices.

HAGL one day Royal the next”
We detoured off the main tourist route after reading about Quy Ngon in Lonely Planet We arrived in Dei Tri by train and taxi to HAGL for 2 days They were changing the name plate at the front the day we left and we made enquiries as we would love to return The position overlooking the bay with beautiful sunrises is perfect. It is a little way from the town/shopping area but I think that can be a good thing. The grounds are beautifully maintained The rooms are spacious with loverly big bathrooms We hope more people support the hotel and their loverly helpful staff Our request to be close to the pool was granted If we go to Vietnam again we would deffinately return

Spacious room at the reasonable price”
We stayed for 2 days and had a great time at the resort. The room was spacious but the furniture is old, the towels and duvets had some old yellow marks. But with the same price as Hai Au Hotel, we found the resort price very reasonable and worth the money. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast was nice. The seaview from our room was breathtaking.

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Resort, Quy Nhon/Vietnam”
The position of HAGL is fantastic with an uncrowded beach providing food for the soul and exercise for the body. Great atmosphere. HAGL Resort happily re-arranged our booking when they were unable to meet our first requirements and the alternate room more than reached our expectations. We arrived three days before Tet and understandably, not all of the services, restaurants were available. Nevertheless, we were well looked after. Sadly, we found ourselves in the situation of leaving HAGL without our passports. Perhaps more attention to this and a better process may be needed to ensure guests do not leave without passports. However, the matter was rectified to our satisfaction.

Overall only ok if you don’t expect much more than a clean beach a standard service. ”
We had to wait for over an hour before we could check in. When we arrived it was already very hot in Quy Nhon. The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was big, the bed was clean and the garden view was nice because we also could see the beach. It was a little bit wet on the floor since the water from the bathroom could not really evaporate. The beach itself was clean, though not spectacular; there were no sun loungers or umbrellas to lye in the shadow as people come to swim in the evening. The staff was friendly. There is a spa area that offers massage (body and feet) but the atmosphere there was dark and not really inviting, it didn’t feel like it’s really clean there. The masseuse seems like she was not really much motivated, the treatment was not really enjoyable and last 45 minutes even though I paid for one hour. Be prepared that you’ll be asked for any tips afterwards... would not recommend the massage. You can rent a motorbike for a day to drive around.

Quoy Nohn resort”
My wife and I found this Resort to be in a nice quiet location away from the centre of the town. It was within easy walking distance of the centre of Town. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide any assistance possible.Being right on the beach was another plus for the resort.
