It’s great for relax. The hotel is comfort. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is plenty parking lot. I’ve requested for room with Mt. Daisen view and I got it but that’s pity due to heavy snow, I couldn’t see anything. However for dinner, you must reserve before. If not, you may stay hungry along the night.

Great for big groups and beer lovers”
It's a pretty big resort hotel. The room, onsen; hot spring, restaurants, and parking lots are massive. Price; Not bad. Customer service; Pretty good. Drink and food; Ok. I prefer better quality and less quantity though. Buffet style. Their sweets made from milk from local farms are delicious. Onsen hot spring; Big. Inside and outside. Also sauna. Women's side has various amenities as body loation, toner, cleasing soap, calm, qtip, etc... Room; Spacy and a nice view of Mt.Daisen! A small fridge, a safety box, a bathroom with amenities, charcoal to clean air, etc... Parking lot; Free. Location; Close to good ski spots and the famous local brewery Daisen Brewery! Shuttle bus; Free. A few times a day to the downtown of Yonego city. I'd love to stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the big room space. We could see the whole Mt Daisen through our big window. Nice!

The hotel is a little bit old, but the room size was excellent and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved a little to include more fresh fruit options, but it was great for the price. Some of the items included: fresh croissant, toast, bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal & milk, various coffees and juices. Many more Japanese foods like rice, miso soup, sashimi, and other fish. We would definitely return for the great hospitality.

Older place”
We spent New Years Eve here for 2016 and had a blast. This is a beautiful part of Japan, and we really enjoyed the natural, clean, pine scented air. The hotel is older, and some parts of it are quite worn. Our carpet was heavily stained. The flip side of that is with small kids we were not too worried about them messing up stuff. The place has a very informal and friendly feel even though it is quite large. The staff was helpful and smiling and seemed genuinely friendly. Our room was very big for Japanese standards, as were the hallways and public areas. The buffet breakfast was very tasty..it was buffet food but the quality seemed high, we liked almost everything we ate, Japanese and Western. We did not manage to eat at any of the restaurants, but they smelled good. They had some fun events for New Years, and we had a good time in the onsen, which was also very big. On site gift shop had a lot of neat local stuff for sale...even microbrew from the local brewery. They had a pretty big games area too. I think this is a very fun place, a bit tired, but a great value. We would happily stay again.

Overall, the facilities provided by the hotel were very good, there was a hot spring which guests could utilize for free, however we found the hotel room was not very clean.The main issue was our carpet contained alot of stains, the cushion was also a bit uncomfortable and was very flat.

Buffet dinner is like 2 star hotel”
We told hotel that we need to attend the annual fire festival and we could only reach hotel at 8:45pm. They insisted to finish buffet dinner at 9pm. On site, even though we were allowed to still eat, the staff started packing up the food table at 9:15pm. We have had to rush our dinner and our experience were not pleasant.

We took it as a stop over in our road trip and while booking rates showed cheap but mentioned free breakfast as well. Upon reaching we had to opt for separate breakfasts which were neither cheap not exciting. Remote location and hence ensure bookings include meals

Good place ”
I was stay with my mum and sister, our room was 11th floors. Amazing place, hight mountain on back of the hotel and view of the coast other side of the hotel. Our room was coast view, beautiful sun set in a evening and city lights in a nights Buffet dinner was good for family, gue-kotsu noodle was very delicious I would like to recommend!!

絶景の雪景色”
雪山に行きたくて、初の冬宿泊、ゲレンデ行きの送迎バスはあるし、温泉もある、何よりホテル近くにもう雪が残ってて。もう雪国、部屋からの景色も情緒があり、非日常的。ええやん、素敵やん、冬こそこのホテルの良さが出てるかも。また行きたくなりました。サービスも満足で、おすすめですね。
