Regarding Royal Hotel Bintulu”
Regarding location, it got many parking lot which is suitable and reliable for those who driving car to Bintulu. This hotel don't have lift, only stairs so it is not really ok to those who got heavy or many luggage with. About the room, there was a smoke smell when we entered the room, after opened the aircone within few minutes, was ok already. You need to request internet password from the counter or otherwise they won't give you. Regarding the internet speed, it was slow. And the rest, everything is ok.

The hotel is in the old Town of Bintulu. Nice rooms with decent air-conditioning. View of City Point from window. Bed is firm type. A desk, a bedside table, a good-sized LCD TV (on which I watched Discovery Channel). No fridge or safe though.

Not much to do in Bintulu. However, it is a nice distance between Miri which I liked and Sibu which is good for the boat to Kuching. If you do not take the boat then you are left with another bus ride and the boat is a nice option.

Great room but fair customer service”
Overall I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. I'm impressed with their room's design, cleanliness, and it's equipped with all the basic features at such economic price. It creates a comfortable environment for rest. In addition it's located in the centre of city where you can easily get foods and shopping. The only cons is their customer service which I think they should further improve it. This hotel has no lift thus it givings inconvenience to guests who might bring heavy luggage along If they were being assigned to stay at higher floor.

The hotel offers a very good service and is very recommendable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Stayed for a night as part of a short weekend escape and for us the hotel is definitely value for money. Location is awesome, only minutes walk to the Pasar Malam, Pasar Tamu, City Point Shopping Mall and many more. Nice rooms. I loved staying at this hotel...

I'm totally shocked when I walked into the room. I didn't expect the room will be that sophisticated and elegant, lookin' at the bathroom my jaw dropped like wow! I'm so lucky I've got this hotel. I'm so satisfied with the value I paid and if I ever went to Bintulu again I choose this hotel for sure. At the back there's a Pasar Malam which I didn't manage to went cuz I'm so tired. The staff unfortunately not that friendly. And the bus terminal is far from this hotel cost me quite expensive using cab. Overall I'm enjoy the experience staying here.

It is a good choice for us to stay a night at there. The staff were friendly, their service were good. The rooms were clean and wide for living. The hotel is located at the town, we could go anywhere that we like.Have many shop surrounding the hotel. The hotel also has a great value of money.

I am enjoying to stay in this hotel. The facilities got only 4 stars because they do not have lift and I were stayed in 4th floor. Time to exercise~

One night in Bintulu”
This was an OK room fot one night; but there was no parking adjacent to the hotel and the WiFi didn't work during the evening. Also, there were no inside restaurants close to the hotel. But the price was right!

Lovely Hotel with a great location”
Located right in the middle of old town, near the old airport strip. Although the hotel is old, it went through some renovation and now looks much better. Located near many amenities and eateries. There was a night market behind the hotel when i was in this hotel.

The hotel is located in the central area of the city. It is closed to local night market and lots of local food stalls. The parking in front of the hotel is very busy and need to pay by parking cuopon.

quite a nice environment surround the hotel, and next to pasar malam place at sunday. easy to reach there, however may quite far to some food place. able get one convenient store near by the hotel, therefore easy to get some groceries. a walking distance to one of the temple.

Small budget hotel”
the hotel is located in the city area and you may find some restaurants and also a small shopping mall nearby. however the room is small and lighting is not good enough. besides the entrance of the hotel is closed after midnight, you may need to ring the bell and wait for some moments before somebody come to open the door for you if you get back to the hotel after midnight.
