Incredible staff, always very friendly. Roof top restaurant & bar and good swimming pool.
The room is so big and the bed is tidy. The shower room is also good.
Helpful young staff. Very clean room and comfy beds, lots of space too move around. The bathtub was great to have too. The only let down is that it is not located near much other than other hotels and a few small cafes.

Near to few attraction places , Royal Palace, Indeoendent Monument Naga World Casino. Just a 5min walking distance to AEON shopping mall. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not buffet style, but with selection. Overall is good

Good value for money”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed first night and was in front of hotel, which gets noise from the road. Next day they kindly put me in a room at the rear, upgrading me at the same time without extra cost. Near the Russian Embassy and AEON supermarket and 30 mins walk to the river side and palace. Will stay there again if in the city.

My stay was simply n great, just for a bed to sleep n shower. The roof top bar is great for relaxing. Fast check in n check out. The airport transfer is great n the tour organize by the hotel was great.

Good location ease to get around the city, clean and food availability
My stay at the Royal Inn Hotel was very good indeed. I really enjoyed the area where it is located... very near to the new Aeon of Phnom Penh.... there is also very good local food which is walking distance (just a few doors away) and across the road was a very nice café called Chutt. Access to the city was good as there were lots of tuk tuks waiting outside the hotel to take you to anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to come stay again at this hotel.

Clean and spacious room for single traveler”
Comfortable, room service and friendly staffs
Travelling solo, had a standard single room, room seems new and it was very clean. Room cleaning done every morning and it was fantastic, no complaints.
There was korean, Jap and chinese restaurant just next to the hotel, pretty expensive menu as compared to the local dinning. But no worries, there are several street vendors along the road near to the hotel and you can easily get noodles or local delicacies for less than 1USD.
There are always Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel and is pretty convenient to travel around the city. Best suggested to book a Tuk Tuk driver for an entire day if you are going to more than 4 attractions. Most attraction in Phnom Penh can easily be covered within 2hours each. Settle down for killing fields and genocide museum in the morning and you can go to Royal Palace, Wat Phnom and central market in the afternoon. Rmb to wake up early!

after check-in i realise the room is big and clean, fast internet, and i had a good night sleep in the first night, i immediately extend my stay for another 3 nights

Quiet, Clean and Convenient”
Rear rooms are very quiet and always clean. Convenience to restaurants, coffee bars, etc.
I don't remember how many times, perhaps 20, that i have stayed at the Royal Inn. It's quiet, clean and convenient and easy to get to from any part of Phnom Penh. I recommend it to my friends who have used it and come away quite happy.

Comfortable and pleasant stay”
The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is quite nearby to the attraction and it takes only $1 tuk tuk from hotel to the naga world entertainment complex. however, it is within walking distance.
I was very lucky because I almost lost my backpack which contains my purse, camera, laptop etc in the hotel during check in. Luckily one of the staffs remembered me and gave me back the backpack. Else I will lost all my money first day in Cambodia :( thanks Royal Inn Hotel. Appreciated so much.

Although a small hotel, it was comfortable and staff were friendly. We had a huge room on the top level with a private bar (although I guess eventually it will be open to all guests.) Food was great, but we only ate breakfast there daily (free) overall a lovely place to stay and prices were cheap! Loved out time here. The only downside is its a little out but tuk tuks are around $1 so that was never as issue.

staff are helpful and always willing to assist.The location is not too far from centre attraction with bars and pubs located within walking distance.Plenty of tuk tuk and motor taxi waiting for ferrying.the hotel even able to arrange short local tour with affordable price.Airport transfer service is also available upon request.Definitely worth staying.

Nice breakfast, good restaurant
you get aircon and a comfortable bed, shower that works and it is a very clean hotel. Their window rooms are better if you need to spend time in the room but for me basically just sleeping there it was perfect. The restaurant has a roof deck with a happy hour. It is in a "massage" district of town but close to the Monument and park.

Hot pressurised water, clean, quiet, comfy bed, slight oversleep wasn't charged for!
Nice clean guesthouse/hotel with attached rooftop bar (quiet and nice views). Good value for money compared to what you'd get right in the centre at riverside. I'm a part-time local and must have stayed at more than 50 places in PP, and it was definately one of the nicest and value for the price.There are plenty of 15-25 dollar places around, but they really can't compare to this place for value. Lift WAS working, and it's only 3 or 4 minutes in a tuktuk or on a moto to town. . . definately walkable during the day through a nice area to the riverside past the palace and parks

Pleasant stay. The welcome drink is always a nice touch. Easy check-in. Room ready. Very clean. No mini bar..maybe a good thing. The rain has not stopped but what can you expect at this time of year. The breakfast has improved since my last stay here. Eventually got into the pool between downpours and very pleasant too. Good variety of guests, friendly but not intrusive.

We really enjoyed this hotel- it's in a great area, about 5 minutes from the palace, and is really quite lovely. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The only downside was the balcony- about 18" deep and half taken up by air conditioners...

Good Small Hotel!”
Small but clean hotel. Spacious in the room.
The hotel is located beside a main road, very noisy all day around.
New hotel which located in the city area of Phnom Penh. Due to I was there overnight to catch my flight on the next day, I did not go around.
The room is clean and spacious, with Free Wifi available. There are a convenient shop just few doors and one chinese restaurant and 2 Korean restaurant on the same street. Also, the hotel has their restaurant which serves a lot of tasty food.

Good location but very musty”
I stayed here over a weekend. It was a very convenient location to get into the BKK one area, and there is an amazing gourmet food shop across the street (The Providore).
I wouldn't stay here again though as the room was very musty and I ended up getting quite a nasty head cold. I don't think the AirCon had been cleaned or serviced.
