Awesome. Hands down best hotel you can stay at in Pyin oo Lwin. Yes, you can pay way more at other places but, this place has it all or better for less. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. The place is immaculate and very elegant. The owner hangs out around the hotel and is the friendliest guy you'd ever meet. The hotel is located out of the main street which makes it quieter yet, a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Totally recommend Royal Jasmine Hotel.

Fantastic Experience”
Had a fantastic experience here, the staff was so helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. We met the owner, Ronnie, on the first day and he really made our trip to Pyin Oo Lwin special. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Good place, friendly manager”
Other than the beautiful botanical gardens, I’m not really a fan of Pyin Oo Lwin. But Royal Jasmine is a great place to stay there. A newer hotel, set back a bit from the noise and dust of the main street. The manager is very friendly and accommodating, and is also a local rock star! He gave me his CD as a gift. The staff is polite and well-dressed. A good breakfast in the main floor restaurant. My room was good and the bed was comfortable.

Sleepy hotel although it's relatively new”
The lightings not adequate/suitable that's makes the room looks very sleepy and dull. Room was painted blue and thus making face looks very sickly and scary. Far from city centre and garden and need to take taxi. Near to a night market which was a plus for getting dinner. Rooms maintenance not there although it was only opened in 2014.

hotel is inside a dark alley with dangerous dogs”
The hotel is easy to spot, however the entrance is inside a dark alley. Its a five min walk, but have at least five dogs barking at you and one on the loose, I called the hotel front desk for help. They ignored me, even though they can hear the dogs barking on the phone and me yelling for "HELP". I made it through but there was another barking dog right in front of the hotel that won't let me go through, i again called the hotel for help, they hanged up. only later that i found out the security guard of the hotel was playing on his phone inside his booth beside me and the unwelcoming dog. I checked in and let the stuff know that a guest can be bitten by dogs at any time just by trying to walk in their hotel and asked me why can't they just walk a couple min out of their front desk to flash a light to help me. the front desk replied "SORRY WE ARE BUSY" when I am clearly the only guest checking in at around 930pm in the lobby. I wont not recommend staying at this hotel.

Manque de finition et de propreté. Le balcon pourrait être nettoyé. Déjeuner buffet un peu décevant ( œuf froid) l'accueil est par contre 10/10
