Good location with great staff”
Very convenient location in a quiet part of Thamel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus! The triple room is a little small but good in all other aspects. I also stayed in a double room and that was great - less cluttered. I would be happy to return to this hotel for my next visit to KTM

We made new friends their on the first. They are so helpful that we felt like home. Ravi is the best along with all the staffs. Very welcoming and always ready to help. You can find almost everything near the hotel.

The Royal Kings Hotel was found to be clean, clear, warm, and welcoming. The owner and staff members were very good. The drinking glass inside the bedroom was unclean and floor untidy, but still nice hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is not up to 4.5 stars as shown in Agoda. Breakfast is the same everyday with limited choices. The toilet is so rundown and dirty. The only pro is the staff are friendly.

Horrible Experience”
The rooms were not clean. The towels provided were dirty. There was no TV. The toilet had leaking shower and leaking commode. The toilet window was broken which was covered with a dirty plastic curtain. The food that we ordered (3 Aloo Paratha) was given after 50 mins. The breakfast bread was also not fresh This hotel does not have lift inside.

Positive * Location is middle of thamel since it’s easy to access * Staff is supportive Negative *Room is not clean/ old bedsheets *Washroom is not clean/ take around 15 mins to start hot water *Management is not flexible since they charged a huge amount for late checkout even thought there were no more bookings & we stayed very few hours in our 3 nights booking

Classico esempio di hotel nel quale le recensioni a mio avviso non sono veritiere. Ok la posizione centrale ma le camere sono sporche fredde ed i bagni i peggiori mai visti in vita mia con muffa ovunque. Avevo soggiornato in un hotel a 15 euro a notte prima molto meglio e con colazione. Troppo caro questo per quello che è!!!!! inizialmente poi mi avevano dato una stanza diversa da quella pagata(forse perché era capodanno e sono arrivata tardi?) Comunque assolutamente evitate
