There are better options than this. ”

The hotel is far out of the centre and every attraction and they don’t rent out motors or bikes so you need some sort of other transportation. This is near the highway so there is no store nearby and only one restaurant in the walking distance. The staff doesn’t speak good english, but they are nice. They try to help but the communication with them about the renting bikes or taxi service was almost impossible. The room was ok and for the last minute reservation I cannot complain cause there were no other options but I would much rather stay in the city for higher price. The breakfast was nice though.

It's a very nice hotel and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, super tasty. The only negative note is the position, it's far around 7 km from the city. P.s. you will find ATM just in the city and the tuk tuk costs about 200 kyat to go to the city. We found people asking even 5000 kyat or more, just look for the next one. :)
