Good location and great breakfast”
This hotel is just a five minute walk to the beach. The rooms are quiet -- great for a good night sleep in comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is really impressive -- a wide range of delicious options. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hospitality and service ”
Royal Lotus My wife and I stayed at Royal Lotus November 16-18, 2016. We were on the last leg of a 3 week, six city vacation in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and Royal Lotus was our favorite of 7 different hotels, some more expensive and some slightly less. It's a quick 10-15 minutes by cab from the airport, although we arranged for the hotel to pick us up - more expensive than a cab, but we appreciated not having to hassle with a cab driver, the new, clean vehicle, the towel to wipe our hands, and the included water and chocolate. Upon arrival, we were served a fantastic ginger tea while the team efficiently checked us in and upgraded our room. Things we liked: - Better service than Disney. The staff were exceptional in every way, helping us plan day trips, including various transportation options and approximate costs, recommending local services, and sharing their knowledge about local food and sights to see. They even anticipated when we were heading to the elevator and would press the button for us. Not necessary, but indicative of the attention they paid and their emphasis on excellent service. - The staff spoke very good English and that compensated for our profound lack of proficiency in Vietnamese! We picked up some key phrases everywhere we traveled, but Royal Lotus staff made communicating a breeze for us. - Breakfast buffet. Lots of variety for us Californians, from pho and fresh local fruits and juices, to eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt, and pastries. - Bar on 16th floor. Great view and fantastic staff. - Our room. 12th floor, king bed, modern, clean and spacious, great sea view. - Quick and quiet elevators. - We didn't use the pool area, but we scoped it out and found it small but clean and well-maintained. Room for improvement: - It's a really minor thing, but the coffee at breakfast wasn't hot. The tea was, however, and we assumed this was because with the mostly Asian guests while we were there, the tea carafes were more frequently refill

4 Nights at the Royal Lotus”
Staying at the Royal Lotus Hotel was a pure pleasure. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the staff, cleanliness, service, breakfast buffet and overall accommodation including Excellent Wi-Fi service. Every person on the staff was genuinely interested in making sure that we had a nice visit to Da Nang and the surrounding areas. The attentiveness was constant and actually bordered on too much as they seemed to know our every movement during our stay but we understand that this concern was out of pure hospitality and care that our stay was as good as it could be. A BIG thank you to the Royal Lotus Staff and best wishes to all.

Warm friendly staffs, good location and great value”
We were warmly and sincerely greeted by the staffs upon arrival. They also recommended delicious local food restaurants to us, even helping us to call and made reservation within minutes, such as Lam Viet and Madam Lan. Staffs from all levels and all departments, will greet and help with whatever request that they can achieve without excuse. For the 1st night of staying, our sleep were rudely disturbed by a group of inconsiderate tourists around 2-3am. The next morning we were upgraded and away from the noisy tourists, the staffs kept apologising for such a mistake which was at no fault of theirs. The last day before leaving for the airport late in the evening, they recommended us to use their facilities such as shower rooms in the pool area to freshen up without any extra charges. Afterwards, we enjoyed the nice views and food on their 16th floor Skybar to chill. It was a pity that we only stayed for 2nights. If we ever head back to Danang, we will definitely stay with Royal Lotus Hotel Danang.

A very pleasant surprise! ”
My boyfriend and I were looking for a R&R trip away from our busy working life in the city. What I didn't know was that he was planning for a wedding proposal during this trip. The Royal Lotus Hotel Da Nang gave him full support once he made clear to them the actual purpose of the trip. We were given an upgrade to a suite room where he could lay out the decorations for the proposal. There were rose petals in the bath tub, on the bed, and everywhere. The hotel helped him with arrangements for a floral bouquet, keeping me busy while he was tending to the preparations, and the staff even physically helped him light the candles for a surprise he was planning at the Sky Bar. It was overall a very romantic and memorable stay at this hotel. We will definitely be back for more R&R in the near future.

The pool bar is so much nice, fantastic. you can enjoy any drink in the water. Image you are swimming for beer The depth is 3 steps, 0.8m, 1.2m, 1.6m. In afternoon, the pool is shaded by the buiding. Don't ignore the sun of vietnam, you will get tan too much on the beach. i think the pool of hotel is best place to be and enjoy! From bellman to manager, All staffs of the hotel are so considerative and perfect for hospitality! They have tour programs that are cheaper then others. They advised that the price of tour I booked is expensive and recommaned the others. The tour they recommaned to me is privit service and more cheaper then i found on website. If you decide with no plan, visit to royal rotus hotel. they will be so happy to care your vacation. Even you can not find out anything, enjoy the pool and bar. If it's not enough for you, go to the beach and joy seafood reastaurants near the hotel. Finally, vinmart(=convenience store), coffee shops are so close from the hotel! Enjoy the royal rotus hotel.

I visited Royal Lotus with my lovely family. If you are hesitating to stay this hotel, it's only one of the concrete evidence that you are a moron. All of the crews are sweet enough to make your comfort and relaxation. Money exchange service at the lobby counter (USD to Vietnam dong) is more reasonable than wherever you could reach. Closer than you thought from Myche beach.(5min by foot) Don't worry about Wifi. It is perfect to connect to internet for whatching youtube. even I am Korean but didn't feel any inconvenience to connect internet. The trumpet sound which hearing from military base at morning gives more special moods to your staying. Personal driver for 600,000Dong is strongly recommended when you are about to visit Hoian or Banahill. Most of all. this hotel is recommanded cause they are really helpful to your journey

Wonderful hotel, Excellent staffs”
We go to vacation on a big family with 6 children, Royal Lotus is really a good choice, kid playing room in hotel is really useful. The swimming pool on 4th floor is excellent. The best of Royal Lotus is friendly staffs, they all welcome you and willing to help. The waitresses in Dine Restaurant (3th floor) are not only friendly but also professional and always help you everytime you need. Would like to mention one staff who provide us very good service here is Ms. Thi Lieu. Thank you Royal Hotel and all your staffs for our family's good time here.

Good hotel, nice location as within few mins there are cafes, restaurants and the famous Lotus Massage. Da Nang airport is right in the city centre so within 10-15 minutes you will reach the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, probably one of the best I have had at a four star hotel. Lots of choices, not only do you get local cuisines but also a noodle bar, egg station, around 8 choices of bread including warm baguettes, 5 types of fresh juices, 6-7 types of fresh fruits and countless hot and cold food. There’s also a lady who plays local instrument everyday during the breakfast hours. Great staff with friendly smiles. Hotel also have buses going into Hoi An at VND 100k per way per person. The car is very comfortable so great value. Except for the poor sound insulation (that I literally hear every single noise of the neighbour as the room was a connecting room), it was a great hotel. I wish hotel put us in an individual room rather than a connecting one...

A nice 3.5 star hotel at the price of a 3-star hotel”
We spent 3 days and 3 nights at Royal Lotus. The hotel came into operation just 2 weeks ago (around mid April). The hotel has nice interior décor. The room is a bit small for a family (2 adult & 1 young kid) but looks nice, warm and cozy. I travel a lot and in fact the price is of value for money. the hotel, in my opinion, is a 3.5 star. We paid less than $50 for a night. The amenities are of very high quality (similar to what you get in a 5-star), especially the bath gel and the shampoo. Operation got suck when we checked out (staff were overloaded with checkins and checkouts at the same time). The other issue is the hotel is a bit far for a business stay. It is located near the beach. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in 2 minutes. However, Da Nang is quite small so with less than $5 we can grab a taxi to anywhere in the city.

Excellent beyond expectations”
The manager greeted us when we walked in and made us feel as comfortable as we could (we arrived immediately after a train ride from Ho Chi Minh). The manager (and staffs) gave us tips and recommendations to ensure that we enjoyed the stay around Da Nang. They also made sure that whatever taxi we took they spoke to the taxi so that we don't get lost or taken the long route. They even organised a Christmas party for all their guests. Free flow alcohol. The tours were reasonably priced and exchange rate was relatively good. I don't have any complains about this hotel at all but if I have to, it's they spoilt us rotten so it's hard to get used to it when we check in to another hotel!! They have free daily cooking class, general kids play room and English speaking staffs. Highly recommended hotel!

I chose this hotel for a double birthday get-away weekend. I'd visited it previously to check it out so I already knew it was clean and modern with well designed rooms and public areas. I'd also read all the glowing reviews about the staff so I had my fingers crossed all would be well. I needn't have worried as we were treated impeccably from the moment we arrived. Instantly upgraded from deluxe room to a suite, we were welcomed with birthday wishes as well as the complimentary drinks at reception. The suite was lovely, tastefully decorated and large with a huge bed as well as a good sized bathroom with both shower and bath. Another feature that amused us was the automatic toilet with water jet and blow drier which worked perfectly (enough said). We used the swimming pool and had cocktails from the poolside bar. The small pool was clean and the drinks tasty and well made. We wanted a massage and that brings me to one of the few downsides to the hotel - it doesn't have a working spa. It's not a huge deal, but the hotel's website shows a spa, as do other websites, and indeed the hotel's internal signage tells you where the spa should be - but it's not open. They do offer a rather expensive foot massage service but we decided to go to a nearby hotel for a full spa experience. But we came back for our evening meal and what a memorable meal it was, for all the right reasons! Firstly the staff had left a nice birthday cake in our room and then when we went to the beautiful private dining room on the top floor the waiting staff sang 'happy birthday' to us accompanied by the band. After that we had a wonderful set dinner with Vietnamese dishes and finished off the night in the well designed sky bar with great views of the city at night while the excellent 2 piece Philippine band played requests. Breakfast next morning was delicious with an enormous choice of freshly prepared dishes and the staff as always were helpful and courteous - they even asked us if we enjoyed our bir
