Best hotel on our trip”
This was the final hotel on our three week trip across Thailand. And overall it was our favourite. The breakfast was very, very good. The beach was lovely - a few spots to eat and a beautiful outlook. Gorgeous pool in an attractive setting. Staff were very attentive, especially at breakfast time. Gym was adequate, but most hotel gyms aren’t What you’d have at home, which is fine. The neighbourhood is quiet, but there are a few local restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. Otherwise you’re heading to Bangrak on a bycycle (free to use from the hotel), or moped. Our favourite was Khun Yak, right across the road. Family run, very kind staff, massive menu and fantastic food (and cheap too!). Our room was huge. We had the pool suite, but didn’t actually use the pool as it was set in the shade all day and despite being cleaned daily by staff, wasn’t very appealing compared to the main pool. Bed was comfy, with good pillows. Spa bath was a nice addition, which we used a couple of times. Proper jacuzzi-like settings as opposed to some others you may find. All in all, we had a fantastic few nights, and would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thanks for a great stay guys.
Thai-style Imperial Palace Hotel”
The modern architecture with unique Thai elements is not at all outdated and has a very Thai feel. The rooms are extremely spacious and come with a garden, a small pavilion balcony, a double massage bathtub, and an independent overhead rain shower. It's hard to believe that it's not a 6-star hotel. The beach restaurant is fantastic, especially the salmon avocado salad with rice bowl and the 4-style pizza. They also have a BBQ buffet on Wednesday nights (unfortunately, I couldn't go due to timing), but they also serve fresh seafood dishes on regular nights. The hotel also offers a 600 THB spa voucher, which can be used in a room decorated like a cave, which is very unique and comfortable. The masseuse's technique is particularly good, gentle yet effective, and it feels like being touched by God.

A gorgeous resort with darling heart people working there . All of them! I stayed in a garden pool villa which was a little Thai heaven . The beachfront is clean and you can walk from one end to the other . There are plenty of alternative places for laundry , food and massage on the main road . It was very quiet in the last week of August . Just a few people in each restaurant if lucky . The locals are all kind and friendly . The main pool is so clean and pretty because of the foliage and incredible Thai thatched architecture. It’s not a sterile looking place . Our suite was huge but a bit dark as you need to close the blinds to avoid other people looking into the bathroom but it was not a huge issue . I’d call it Thai style . They’re unlabeled light switches which is confusing . The private pool is huge and clean . Just gorgeous It’s not a boring little plunge pool and is surrounded by greenery . It could be a little challenging to enter for those with mobility issues. Illy coffee is only for the top floors which is a a shame .as the pool garden suite is not cheap . The barbeque night was pretty disorganised but it had good food and the fire show was brilliant . Breakfast needs some reviewing . The egg station staff need some training and the fresh fruit needs to be covered to stop insects landing . The breakfast staff were keen to assist and delivered a decent cappuccino. The freshly squeezed fruit juices are excellent . The sea view from the breakfast room is stunning . If they improved those things it would be elevated from a 3 star to a 5 star breakfast. The clientele are polite and respectful of the locals . I hope this helps! Basically if you need something the staff will do whatever they can to make you happy . So enjoy ! I will definitely return .
Small paradise, but some small issues”
Stayed for 7 days in July. Although at reservation we expressed our desire for room with twin bed, close to the beach (request which was confirmed as "approved" in agoda website), at check-in we were assigned room 204, far from beach and with double bed instead of twin beds... From the next day we were provided and additional mattress placed over the sofa as compromise solution. Otherwise the room was large and clean while the A/C was too powerful even with minimal fan speed settings, it blows much too strong wind.... The provided breakfast was good, the staff was kind. The pool/restaurant/beach area looks very nice, good parasols are provided. Swimming in the sea was very pleasant, no jellyfish was encountered during our stay. Unfortunately not too much to do evenings outside the hotel on the main street, where some restaurants and convenience stores can be found. All in one, beside some issues at the beginning, our stay was pleasant, would consider to return sometimes later, maybe next year.

We had a wonderful stay. A genuine 5 star hotel and experience from the moment of our arrival until the end of our stay. We have a family suite with a private pool which was amazing. Huge rooms, lots of privacy and lovely furnishings and bathroom facilities. Kids loved it. This part of the beach is perfect for families. Lots of other families around, no blaring music and no cannabis bars in close proximity. The beach was very clean and there was a nice selection of other restaurants when we fancied eating somewhere different. A nice bar set on the beach and plenty of seating on the beach aswell. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and felt it was good value for money for the experience.
