Great Overnight Transit
Stayed Monday 13th, Fantastic view over river from the room.Had dinner at hotel. Tapas by the river Staff meet every need .Had coffee in bar Tuesday morning and Rebecca the Manager was going around talking to people about there stay etc. Made you feel they really care about there customer

Nice Hotel, but Slipping a Notch
We have stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton several times over the past 15 years, as I frequently have business in Bangkok. The hotel is still excellent, the staff wonderful, but little things that used to be there are no longer there. We used to get a basket of fresh Thai fruit in the room each time we checked in - no more. There used to be apples and a refreshing drink in the Fitness Centre - no more. So, although the hotel is still quite nice, it is losing some of what made it extra special,

Majestic Riverside Views with Ferry Access and Pools
Fantastic in every way! Comfortable rooms, super good breakfast buffet, great fitness center looking out at pool, seperate lagoon pool with swim up bar...oh my goodness...ferry access to Wat Pho (Grand Palace) and many other sites. Easy access to China town and staff very helpful and informative. Best personal service from large hotel ever! Thank you for wonderful stay...did not want to leave!
