            Lena and Michela are the most lovely, sweetest and warmest people I've met in Edinburgh. Was very impressive by Michela by sharing our way of thinking of life, the ones we love. Very much appreciated the warm welcome, and useful advice from Lena. You both are the ones of the best spokeswomen of this city, full of love to the people around, and to the life. You both take care and I Will miss you both..,:)

            good location, nice staff, ”

            Single room is not facing the street, therefore, there is no good sun light. There is a window facing to the small space between buildings. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed it three mornings. Yet, one suspicious thing. The last night, when I came back to my room, I got a call from the front. She was asking me to provide her the security number of my credit card because the hotel could not receive money from the travel agent. Since I was eating, I told her to call me back again, knowing that such a request is suspicious. Only 15 minutes later, she called me again as if her request was important. This time, I told her that though I used Agoda many times, I was never asked to provide such information to any hotels. I told her that after I would check with Agoda homepage, and send my inquiry to Agoda, then I would answer her. Then, she would not call me again. In the evening and at night, there is only a receptionist at a hotel. All other staffs do not know what a receptionist is doing. Though a young receptionist looks nice and fine, never provide any personal information.

            Great location in the shopping district, value for money, ample breakfast

            the hotel was located right in the heart of new town, shopping district, and within walking distance to the castle and royal mile. the room, though not big, was clean enough and nice for one. breakfast was ample with great views of the castle. Value for money and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is big on location!
