Great location but too much busy and the organization not adapted”
The hotel is located in South Beach, direct access to the beach and 5 mn by walking distance of Ocean Drive. Rooms are only available at 04.00pm, standard is worldwide 03.00pm. No fitting room and the staff of the hotel tell you to use the restrooms for that... To take a shower after your check out is not possible as well. Then you can use the equipment before living but you will not have the possibility to take a shower and/or use a fitting room. The rooms at the top of the hotel, which should be promoted as the best, are very noisy because of the proximity of the air conditions systems positioned at the rooftop. Food and service from the bar at the pool are positively impressive. Service at the beach is very slow but the staff is nice.

The rooms are old with weird old furniture. Feels like motel 6. Beds are uncomfortable. I wanted to switch hotels but it was too late to get my money back.

Отель отличный только благодаря своей локации. За последние 5 лет испортился до неузнаваемости. В номере воняет, постель меняют на грязную, полотенца грязные, а иногда вместо свежих полотенец в ванной складывали те же грязные. Короче, ужас.

Bra beliggenhet men service i front desk langt under forventning”
Kom til hotellet kl 9 (og hadde gitt beskjed om dette flere måneder før ankomst) Vi fikk rom først kl 17. (Rom garanteres klart innen kl 16 på dette hotellet) Viljen til og informere og løse dette på en god måte var ikke tilstede, og vi var ikke den eneste familien i lobbyen kl 16 som hadde problem med dette. Gjennomgående kommunikasjons rot mellom de ansatte i front desk. Ikke noe av det som ble avtalt ble lagret og vi brukte derfor unødvendig mye tid for å rette opp. Ellers er det et lyst hotell (overmalte flater) som er ok rengjort, med suveren beliggenhet og bra fasiliteter. Restaurant/frokost på hotellet er også bra, med bra service! Synd at Ikke samarbeid og service innstilling til front desk og housekeeping er på plass...
