It'll do
Good value if you are forced to stay in Lahad Datu which I would advise against if you can help it. Not much to recommend in the town and there's a bit of a 'dodgy vibe' in places. The rubbish/filth in the creeks and waterfront are something to behold. I'm not sure what the 'spa' refers to. It's just a hotel. Close to the airport and out of the dodgy town centre.

More investment will mean better reviews and will bring more customers
Take these tips from a western tourist as it will make a huge difference to your reviews and your business.Great location as it is so close to airport BUT like so many hotels in Sabah, I would say just a few more investment will mean better reviews and will bring more customers. For example water the plants at the hotel entrance regularly so they reflect a healthy environment. Pick up all the rubbish from entrance even if it extends the hotel area. Celebrate the name of the hotel with more palms and local plants. Western people like me love that sort of thing. I think it is time to get rid of the stained carpets and lay laminate flooring. Staff was great . Massage parlour never available or open. Make sure the windows in showers can close and is clean. Invest in new bedding that is plain white and durable. Take pride in your area and your hotel and you will have more business and pride. Best if you have a non-smoking policy. -) Daniel

the best rip off
We arrived in the first room, no water in the sink, and a piece of the sink stayed in my hand, the toilet didn't flush. The bathroom was dirty and the carpet in the room too. No sheet with the blanket, and the blanket was really dirty.the light didn't work . The aircon worked! We changed the room, so the second almost the same just the sink was good but the toilet had a leak so you can wash the floor with it. And no remote to change the aircon even if you ask, so a bit cold, but was working and the light also ! Should i talk about the tv? And we had a friend in the bathroom, his name is oggy, not dangerous really quiet. He is a cockroach but not annoying
