Resort Vibe Feels!”
The location is very close to the beach (made me decide to stay here) it didn't disappoint! We love the Libaong/Dumaluan Beach! Just WOW BOHOL! Loved the breakfast, overall I think there's just love put to all it's service! Hot water dispenser would be a nice addition, so not to trouble the staff just to have one! Nice and Fresh beddings, to me that is a must for total relaxation! If your looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you! But if your looking for good value of money this hotel is highly recommended! Tricycle from Alona Beach range 100-150 pesos!
Near white beach but far from Alona”
Pros: walking distance from white beach, staff allowed us to pack our free breakfast and have late check out due to island hopping. Food tastes good and serving size is ok. Cons: You need to walk around 100meters to reach the the place, it is far from alona, you need to pay 150-200 for trike to take you to there for island hopping. Vilma(one of the staff) needs to work on positive phrasing and tone especially when they ask for a lot of IDs for u to check in. Others: they're building a pool near their resto but im not sure when itll be completed
A homy ambiance with great food & service. ”
The place is really quite and the beach is just a few meters away (2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel). We've enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back next year.
Hidden Jem in Panglao”
Just across the street from Amarela Resort. Very close to the white sand beaches of Panglao. Will be back when their pool is done (3 mos from now.) Good breakfast, room is fair, very thin blanket. Lots of mosquitoes but I killed it all. Bathroom is small but clean.
Michael & Jennifer”
Jen and I were very happy with our 3 day stay at Royal Paradise Guesthouse! It was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, laid back, well ordered place to crash while we explored the area. It was actually much better than we assumed it might be because the staff was so helpful and prompt and the food was as good as one might expect. It’s very close to the beach and we had no trouble getting rides wherever we needed to go. We both highly recommend it.
Excellent customer service”
Stayed for 2 nights and the staff were well trained and very helpful, from getting us a ride to Alona or Tagbilaran to preparing our breakfast at night because we had an island hopping tour early in the morning. Maybe they can arrange tours as part of their service in the future.
Cute little hotel in wrong neighborhood ”
Neighbors across burning trash daily spewing carcinogen plume from plastics into air; noise from nightly karaoke into late night and lastly a 9 minute walk down the hill to the filthiest section of the beach strewn with plastic rubbish by locals. The negative environment outweighs very honest and helpful staff and good breakfast. You will spend more for taxis because of its remote location. For food and supplies.
A hidden paradise near White Beach”
This guesthouse made our Panglao experience whole. While it's located away from Alona Beach, where the action was, we loved the quiet and the easy access to White Beach, which was absolutely gorgeous.. Also, it's 15-20 minutes by bike to Alona and you can call a tricycle if you need – enquire at the property. We stayed on the upper floor for 2 nights and the lower floor for 2 more nights. Personally, I preferred the room on the upper floor for privacy and the newer aircon. Overall however, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Other plus points would be the garden of tropical plants, hill top location, stellar staff and comfortable lounge areas. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return, if we're ever back in Panglao. Strongly recommend that you book in advance though! They're usually full.
Very much perfect stay”
The staff and facilities are great for the price. They invited us to their Christmas party ,can't say enough on how nice they are. TOO THOSE PEOPLE WHO GIVE BAD REVEIWS BASED ON HOW ROCKY THE DRIVEWAY IS OR THE CARDIO WORK OUT WALKING 5 METERS UP A HILL. PLEASE JUST STAY HOME.
Serene and Amazing”
We got to travel a lot as a couple. This place is really perfect for those who wants to stay away from the busy streets of Manila. Place is so relaxing, white and pristine beach just around the corner, staff were very courteous and nice and the room and place is very instagrammable! Loved to go back here ❤️🌊
Amazing place to stay”
Very lovely beautiful place and so quiet. Amazing friendly staff and they are so polite! their breakfast is awesome too. We only spent one night and it's a shame, we should stay more like 2 nights at least. Room is good, air-conditioning good and hot shower good too. Thank you!
Very bad welcoming ”
The staff manager is unhappy all the day long and does not even say Hi or Bye when you check in/out. You do not feel like in a guesthouse... Bad atmosphere
The ambiance and place itself was really relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed our cup of coffee with an amazing view. The food was all delicious, everything that we ordered never disappointed us. Best place to be in Bohol, beach was just a block away, which was a plus.
Good Location near the White Beach”
If you are looking for an affordable stay near the White Beach (1-3mins walk), this is it. White beach is better than Alona in terms of cleanliness and was less crowded. Royal Paradise was also 10-15 mins away from the airport. Very friendly and attentive staffs. They will attend immediately to your concern and requests. It's also very relaxing because of garden like surrounding. The foods (meals) they sell are a little bit expensive, but they are delicious with big servings. They also offer free drinking water and free breakfast. WiFi was not that good inside the rooms located @ the 1st floor, but once outside it's average quality. Overall,, we had a very good stay. Keep up the good work! :)
We had some very nice days there. The staff is brilliant.
Good value for money!”
Close to the beach, has a nice seating area, good staff. Only downside is a 10-15 min walk from food options.
Heaven for Backpackers”
The property is just when meters away from the white beach but almost 1km away from the circumferential roal of Panglao Island. Better to rent a motorbike or scooter for you to explore the Island. The property is far from the town proper of Panglao and from the nearest town Daguis. There is no other options to eat for you to save money such as "carinderia" or eatery near the property but they have restaurant.
Quiet and relaxing”
Very comfy bed...quiet area. Walking distance to white beach...very friendly staff. No grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance so you will want to rent a motorcycle which they offer for 500 pesos. Trike to Alona is 150 pesos 1 way. Breakfast was good just don't order the Belgian waffles they were terrible. No in room fridge or kettle but the have a large water bottle right outside. So bottom line if you want an affordable romantic getaway close to a beach this place is great. I slept fantastically
Bit too isolated”
Royal Paradise looks more hotel-like. I paid extra to get the oceanview room on the second floor. The room is big enough for two. I liked that I had a toilet of my own with water heater but weak water supply. Took me longer time to bath. There's no bidet, too. I ate all my breakfasts on the terrace for an al fresco feels while looking at the sea hahah. I liked my accommo but be prepared for cardio as it is located on top of a tiny hill. 2 steep slopes before you get to the Tourist Inn. Path is gravel, be careful when climbing, I slipped twice. No restaurants around.
a quiet place near the beach”
the guesthouse is good and the staff are friendly and accommodating though sometimes they are nowhere to be found. the place is so quiet and peaceful and near dumaluan beach. the beach is not crowded but don't expect to much with the beach itself because its shoreline is full of dead plants. the breakfast is good but need more improvement on the variations. I chose dried fish with tomatoes and egg but it waa delivered to me, there was no tomatoes and I just didn't care to ask anymore.
