Royal Plaza Excellent”

Friendly, especially the afternoon/evening reception staff. the hotel itself is a little 'dated', old school I guess, but we prefer that actually to modern and impersonal. Location is actually great, walkable to the oldtown and the squares and restaurants, bars etc. and the fact that it has a pool is an added bonus. The restaurant is on 6th floor next to the pool area/roof terrace. We had a lovely meal, late after landing, about 10.45pm. Delicious meal, with a great view of the old town and far better food than many of the overpriced restaurants in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff are very efficient and attentive. Would highly recommend. Taxi service from the hotel was also quick and efficient. Clean rooms, bathrooms and very good shower. Would def return if needed to be in Ibiza town.

Exceptional”

The hotel was great they have a good location, is clean, having a great breakfast and staff! Only they can renovate facilities, because are very old….. the carpet, tv, all the furnitures….

Great option in Ibiza ”

Upon arriving it is clear that the hotel is in an extreme well situated location. You can walk to the port to catch a ferry to Formentera or other places. You can go shopping or to the many restaurants and bars. Our room was large and had a big balcony. The hotel while not new is traditional in aesthetics. Pool rooftop is nice after a day at the beach. The staff has been very nice throughout our stay.

Fantastic pool area”

Hotel is ideally located 5 minutes from marina. Location is quiet and hotel is well maintained. Pool area gets sun all day.

Nice quaint hotel”

Nice, outdated but well maintained hotel in a good and quiet spot of the town. Nice views from the rooftop. Pool/gym can be used free of charge, but sauna/wellness costs 20 Euro an hour.

the staff is trying, but ...”

incomprehensible for a 4 * hotel that in 2022 it still has connected beds. poor. there is no parking for hotel guests, not even for the disabled. rooftop pool, just a little bigger tub

Disappointment-rude receptionists”

Not a place I would recommend. Run down, out of centre, totally careless and sometimes rude receptionists,. It is note like a residence than a hotel but no one mentioned that before. House keeping is great though, clean rooms and floors

Additional Charges ”

I would highly recommend this Hotel but would question why when Agoda took my payment they did not inform me there would be additional taxes to pay on departure. It wasn't the end of the world at €42 but it was annoying.

Expensive hotel on a backstreet”

Old, 2 star style hotel, which has done the bare minimum to somehow attain 4 star status.

Good value good location help staff”

My fd and i were assigned a suite, which is what a surprise for the price i have paid. The room is big with a living room bed room and a. If bathroom. There r also two terrances. The staff is very helpful in the luggage. Wifi is excellent.

Although central, this is a lovely quiet hotel. Super clean, love that it had a bath and the heated rooftop pool, sauna steam and jacuzzi are a lovely addition. Great value for Ibiza I think!

Probably the best value for money in Ibiza town”

The hotel is a little “dated” in style but otherwise perfectly pleasant and the best value for money I have been able to find in a couple of trips. It is out the way enough in Ibiza town that it is quiet but close enough that everything is a only a short 2 min walk away. Only complaint would be that if you are on the top floor there is some noise from the swimming pool filter and restaurant which may disturb light sleepers. Otherwise great all round hotel for balcony, pool , location etc.

Bed bugs, false charges on credit card, ”

Constantly suffered bed bug bites, Refused to change sheets, false charges several times, refused minimum set of towels, no shampoo provided on 2 days, ....very bad experience.
