It is a great hotel for local tourists, not so much for tourists who may not understand Bahasa Indonesia as TV programmes, menu, staff communication were all in Bahasa. Some staff can speak English. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. The room depends. First room had a lot of ants and mold, staff allowed us to choose another room. There is painting and perhaps renovation going on so it may improve in time. The staff were very responsive to requests and they are very nice. It is a cool place so no air con is needed. View of Penggangaran is not bad, can see people ascend the mountain at 3am. If it wasn't so cloudy, it would have been great. One can walk behind the hotel to see coffee and pine plantation and maybe reach some parts of the twin volcano. Hard to get transport as no taxi, gojek and grab as they are not common. Only managed to get a grab driver to drive us around for 3 days.

the bed sheet and blanket sheet not so clean the room did not have any ac, but overall not bad with the price, the toilet did not provide a hairdryer, and the view from my room is only leaf and green, LOL >~<

It was great, I just paid $25 for a 3 stars service and facility. The surrounding was great, very relaxing. I suggest you to take the cottages, because hotel's karaoke facility is very noisy, i believe the noise goes through your room. I hope they fix it.

Nice staff and good food”
We were staying at 3 bedroom cottage. The cottage were large and clean with balcony but no living room. The cottage was located on contoured land and not designed to be disabled friendly. They provide car park but not next to the cottage so it was quite difficult for people with wheelchair or phisically weak.

If the weather is clear , you may be lucky to see the smoke coming from the volcanic mountain nearby. The hotel is maintained well and is clean as well as full of beautiful trees and flowers. The staff are all friendly and when we called to get something in our room fixed, the maintenance people appeared very quickly.Breakfast on week days when it is ala carte can be quite slow to arrive so perhaps you should make your order first and then come down to the dining room about 30 mins later. The hotel should put a fan in the room as by the afternoon, the room may get a bit stifling.

"OK" Hotel to stay with family”
It was OK experience in this hotel. Good location, beautiful view, and affordable price. Clean hotel to stay with family.... Things to improve: - Food quality (taste, cleanliness, appearance) and variety - Room amenities. Pls review the installation quality, seems poor and sub-standard. Be careful with glass partition inside the bathroom. Also toilet cover was very annoying, it always trying to fall down even when we sit on it. - Wifi is very Slow, almost useless Will stay again in this hotel only if price is maintained like now, otherwise will find other better hotel.

Quite good hotel. When i come, some hotel area still under renovation. And it is full booked because an event. I got 5th floor room and it doesn't have a lift! The room small but clean. Tv program not interesting. But it has wifi. The staff is nice. The pool quite good. The food average.

Good hotel, good food,but not helpful receptionist”
It was nice, we just a bit disappointed with the reception staff, they kept us waiting for hours because their guests haven't checking out when the checking out time is over. We were tired, we took some hours to travel to this hotel and the receptionist kept us waiting for hours too to get our room. We got our room around 3 or 4 pm. :(

Good locations, OK room and clean. But unfortunately no elevator/lift, have to climb via stairways....very inconvenient especially if you stay at level 5... If hotel already have lift, should be much much better

Lovely weekend”
Hotel was good for vacation, along with family or couples. Amazing environment, nice weather resulting an enjoyed and relaxed condition. Better to stay at the newest building area, located at backyard. My room have no air-con but still OK due to slightly cold weather. Suggestion: better food please (both variety and dishes) and hopefully the renovation will finished soon (a bit distracting view)

If you wanna go to some place to escape from your stressing out daily activity, i thought this place is the best answer for it. you could just stay at your hotel and maximize the facilities also calming yourself with the mountain environment.
