We loved everything about the hotel! Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom had One King bed, big bathroom with bath tub, separate shower, 2 sinks and toilet, and 2nd room with Queen bed with decent size attached bathroom! Lovely size living room with nice sofa, dining table good size with daily laid out cutleries and plates, a small kitchen, big outside patio with seats facing garden and swimming pool! Bed and pillows super comfortable! Breakfast spread, you name it they serve it! Incredible spread! Mix of western and local. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a proper Spa in a separate building. No problem when asking for extra towels or toiletries. Towels were big and bathrobes and proper house slippers provided too. Located in a quiet exclusive hill in Jimbaran, down the hill, neighbour hotels are other famous 5 star luxury hotels like Four Seasons. We will be back! So relaxing atmosphere, quiet and peaceful! Only one thing, you need to have your own transport driver or get grab/gojek every time you leave hotel as for cannot walk down hill to the happening Jimbaran area as down the hill is a longgg lonely distance. But once down the hill - many shops restaurants and other famous hotels. Oh wish they provided small face towels but nevermind small matter only! Thank you Royal Tulip Springhill Jimbaran! You gave us a most memorable and happy stay!

We stayed 2nights with my children, we enjoyed great breakfast, great food in restaurants, great room 55, polite and kind staff and very interactive which is be able to help you 24hours(I’m really greatfull for this). Need improved Property (just the door only) Location : some review said the location is not good, but for me it was just easy and lots of sign along the main road to reach the hotel. It’s one way to go to Ayana. Hotel activities : Royal Tulip has a lot activities and they shared the information in lobby area with a flipchart. I’m Balinesse I stayed here for family vacation , this activities help me to made my children not bored. Everyone can enjoy the class, you just need made reservation at front desk staff. Actually we decided to stay longer one more day at that time, but its didn’t happend due to Hotel Occupancy.
