Do not stay there
I really didn't think hotels could get this bad, dirty old carpets that stunk, dark, holes in doors which don't shut propley, dirty beds with clean sheets to cover up dirt, rubish under bed, TV's dont work, when I put on tap in bathroom bubbles came out of shower and stunk, hairs on bathroom floor, went down for breakfast to find there was tables with no chairs, toasters didn't work propley and hard bread, we left hotel and went to a cafe,it is the hotel from hell and t ruined our stay in Blackpool.

Not very welcoming arrival
Price, Location and size
When we arrived at this hotel the guy on reception was very rude and told us we owed money for our stay (we had paid the full bill on booking) as I tried to find the confirmation email he basically accused me of lying and said 'you will not find it because you have not paid'. About 15 minutes of panic as I did not have enough money to re paid the bill he return to tell me that it was all sorted and that he had phoned the booking company to confirm (which could of been done when we first arrived was a really horrible start to our stay at the royal Vincent. The room was fine but very dirty thick dust everywhere I had to dust it myself before we could unpack no towels in the room and the house keeping turned up early every morning and were working from the hallway outside our room which made it impossible to sleep. Over all the price was right for our budget even though we nearly had to pay twice. Could work on their customer service skills a little as this is the nature of the hotel business.

reasonable
location.
A decent hotel for the price. It's basic like a lot of hotels in Blackpool. It needs money spending to restore it to its past glories..

Great location
Excellent location, good breakfast, towels changed daily, good bar and lounge room
The hotel is in an excellent location and is close to the main shopping area, tower, seafront and bus/ tram stops. The rooms were basic but had an en-suite with soap and shower gel, towels were also provided. The towels were changed for clean towels daily. A TV with freeview was also in the room. Continental breakfast was included and a full English breakfast was available for a charge of £3 each. The hotel had a bar with a large lounge area which was open until 2am. They served beers, lager, cider, sprits and also cocktails. The lounge area also had 2 pool tables.

A Shabby Hotel
The front desk and staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room and shower was small, but that was expected with the price that we were paying. The room was not too bad, but the shower room was awful. The tiles on the floor were broken and the pieces were not removed, with the risk of guests getting cut at the feet. Nothing fancy about the breakfast, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good too as it can access to the seaside and other attractions easily.
