I'm from Labuan F.T. Stayed here for one night. Hotel is excellent, checking in was super fast. Hotel staff was super friendly, always smile and greet you whenever they see you. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, however a minor renovation could be done to give the bathroom a new look. Breakfast was good, maybe can include chicken or beef dishes to your breakfast menu. Love the location of this hotel. malls, restaurant, street food are all nearby, super convenient !! I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to my friends and families. Thank you for the great and warm hospitality.

Ideal location”
The hotel is very close to the electronic center, literally behind it, the street in front of the hotel has many fast food businesses and the area has many shopping centers/malls, so definitely a lot of things to do there. The hotel itself is very clean, loving the smell :) The person on the reception on the day we checked in wasn't very friendly, kept us waiting for confirmation on a room without giving us an update on what is going on or how long we will have to wait. However the person carrying our luggage to our room was a delight to talk to :) i was staying in a club room on the 17th floor, the view was amazing and the room was very spacious so i did not feel suffocated at any time. Would stay here again :)

Best value for money in terms of location for 1 night stay . There was the famous food street Jalan Alor where you can find a lot of varieties of food to eat at night nearby, Bukit Bintang area for your shopping desire as Pavillion, Fahrenheit88, Lot 10, Low Yat Plaza, Berjaya Times Square and Sungei Wang Plaza are in walking distance plus lively entertainment just by the roadside. Room quality was OK, bed sheets were clean and comfy. Although the room design and equipment might need to be updated. Overall very good hotel location with the money spent.

1. Strategically located at Bukit Bintang area and walking distance to Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square and other prime shopping complex. 2. Room rate is superb remarkable and affordable. 3. Pool is clean and gym equipment are adequate. 4. Room is very cosy, spacious and clean. 5. Front office counter staffs are very friendly and helpful. 6. Feel touched when greeted by F&B staffs during breakfast @ Sunflowers Brasserie restaurant. 7. My ideal hotel to stay in KL for the past 15 years.

Great place to having a short vacay”
I really enjoy my 3 days 2 nights staying here. The hotel is nearby MRT ut Bukit Bintang which make it really convenient to go to a hotspot in kl. There is a scooter to rent nearby the hotel lobby. The view from the hotel room is also good for having evening tea and having a talk with your partner. The staff Is friendly and helpful. Yes, this is an old hotel but it's cosy and comfortable. I really enjoy the night view. Can see both kl tower and klcc tower. Definitely will stay here again.

Spacious and nice view”
Highly recommended. Room with sofa, nice city view and good swimming pool. The location also fantastic. Staffs also so friendly. You can walk around, there are many shops and convenience stores, and also Pavilion! You can take a walk also to Berjaya Times Square. Very happening during night. We are really enjoyed staying here.

Hotel good ”
Good Hotel. Bukit Bintang Area is a place to enjoy lot of eating places near by enjoyed. Roma were ok but to me a bit dim in lighting and noise through the Corriander from midnight to early mornings were very uncomfortable

So close to so many shopping malls and the time square is 7min walk , chinatown street food market 5min walk , central markets snd petaling markets 25min walk , hotel needs renovations on bathroom and pool chairs, pool was refreshing good size, room was big and spacious, breakfast was huge great varirty loved the malayan food , friendly staff will come back here again , very reasonable price,

As expected, excellent service by Royale Chulan. I do which the staff who checked us in is a bit friendlier instead of speaking in monotone because the other staff was nice and smiley. But all the other staff were very helpful throughout our stay there. Appreciate their effort of ensuring everyone stay safe due to Covid 19.
