First of all, let me tell you that we stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms. The staff were friendly and always smiling. On the second day, we requested for our trash to be taken out, but no one came. The next day, we requested for housekeeping, but the floor mat was not replaced. We informed the counter staff and they apologized with a smile, which made us feel okay. On the last day, breakfast was delayed, but we were given free fried noodles as an apology from the staff. In conclusion, although there were some mistakes, the friendly staff made us feel okay. The only thing that needs improvement is the housekeeping work, which should be checked thoroughly.

With this price range, you will get the best services and facilities. The staffs are friendly and polite. The location is near to the private beach. The restaurant nearby if you wish to eat outside. The breakfast is tiptop. Even not too much choices but the taste is good. Here also suit for those who wants travel with young child. Surely will repeat and recommend to my family and friends. TQ

Fantastic private beach, amazing staff , ample parking, comfortable room and bathroom and decent food. Only downside is you can hear people next door or in you're downstairs surely can hear those upstairs. Wooden flooring/ structure so not too soundproof.

Spacious room and private beach”
I love the spacious and clean room. The place also have access to private beach. I went there for sun rise ! It’s magnificent. Hotel breakfast also is great. Have plenty of choice, not a 5 stars variety but it still okay. Have few main course and dessert. The food is delicious. The staff is very helpful even i check out abit late.

This chalet is an ideal getaway for families, very close to the beach, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and decent breakfast spread. The only issue for us is it is hard to book the place because it is always full especially on weekends.

Good experience”
We went there during hari raya. As they were only 10 rooms that were booked,there were no buffet breakfast. I thought this could be improved because they did not inform us the day before that there was no buffet breakfast but they did serve us nasi leman,fruits and pineapple juice. Overall,the location is just next to the beach,staff are friendly, location is close to other famous spots. The facilities are okay,everything is provided but there could be more sockets in the room.

Suitable for family”
Booked for 3days 2 nights. Very satisfied with the room location. Lots of restaurants & 'warung' near the chalet, & the staffs are very nice. Suggest to invest or get government support to clean up the beach which really DIRTY and have a lot of garbage. Hope Royal Chulan Cherating Chalet management can improve the beach cleanness although it is not under your private property.

A perfect beach getaway!”
Loveeeee the environment, the whole concept of the area. It feels like you walked in an international movie where you have this motels in the US movies. It is spacious, easy to conduct prayers, breakfast was nice as well. There’s a lawn in the middle where ppl could mingle and the best part was the beach. The beach is clean, the sands is nice and even in on-off rainy season, and the waves are a bit strong, it’s still great to spend time outside. Food stalls, mini markets & souvenirs are all walkable around the outside area of this place. Definitely will repeat again!

Good location chalet ”
This is my first time I sampai ke Pantai Cherating. The most significant about his chalet is the location. Situated dekat main pantai cherating. Nk mandi pantai dekat n mudah, nk makan mudah, nk jln² mudah, nk buat aktiviti mudah. It's like jln pantai chenang in Langkawi. No wonder so many ppl come here. The chalet is comfortable, surroundings view are nice. It's a new chalet, thus room still in good condition.

I like the chalet its so spacious and very clean. All the aminities so so good. The view the environment very peaceful. Breakfast was so good and delicious but need to que for a few minutes because the space for breakfast so limited . Btw i fall in love with the place. Will repeat again😍😍😍😍😘

Can’t beat the location”
The beach was only mere metres away and was safe enough to walk with excited toddlers. The beach was private and clean. The shower after beach was convenient. Baby cot was provided as requested. The sofa bed was nice to sit on but maybe a bit hard to sleep on. The tv channels were a bit lacking but I didn’t mind because we had the beach to keep my kids happy. No lift if for the higher floor, just stairs. The fridge was cool but not cold enough to freeze my ice pack for my ebm.

Affordable price for new rooms”
Had a pleasant stay for one night. There are things that could be improved: 1)Nonsmoking policy - please impose fines on guest who smoked openly in their balconies as there are other guests who have asthma and children around. It was suffocating to open the sliding door only to be surrounded with smoke during hazy days. 2) Do remind guests that parking space might be limited though there are extra parking in the Villa's side. 3) Do remind the guests that the cafe is small and could only cater to small number of guests at one time. Take reservations instead of turning the guests to the waiting list. 4) The chalet is clean but there is almost none plug point in the bedroom. 5) The bedding is clean and smelled nice. 6) Shower floor needs to be scrubbed thoroughly. 7) Staff are nice and polite. 8) There is no pool but the public beach is accessible through a private gate, generally clean. Good for surfing since the waves are pretty big. 9) Good eateries available on the road to Kemaman, which is only 10 minutes away. If you planned to buy keropok lekor, that's where you should head, a row of stalls selling all the goodies.

Best chalet for serenity and serendipity ”
I came here during puasa. For sahur they even provided meals so u dont have to go outside. There are plenty of food stalls outside too. The beach nearby is so clean and the water is clear. Room is spacious for a small family with 1 child like me. The bathroom is connected but can be divided when 2 persons inside. Overall its a good experience 🤩🤩🤩

What a pleasant stay”
Suitable for those who wants to relax, take a fresh air, sea air. No swimming pool, if u bring ur family or kids, they can only swim at the beach. The view is really nice and the room is super comfy, clean. Food is ok, but nasi lemak on that day is salty. Standard hotel variety of breakfast menu, nothing special. But overall I really enjoyed my holiday here. Soon insyaAllah wanted to try to stay in the villa instead of the chalet 🥰

Very clean and tidy..room quite spacious including toilet and bathroom quite large..with living room..near to the beach just 2-3 mins walking..only thing there’s no pool..
