Fam with old and young kids (7 pax)”
FIVE points: (1) Happy to get through Agoda a reasonable price for overnight stay for our family (paid via CC); (2) Staff was very accommodating, I left my wallet at home - and my vax ID - but they have other platforms to get them such as viber and email - so we could check in seamlessly. Also, arrived late after the event we attended and had to ask for extra bed for my young one; the night shift receptionist and staff was very efficient and quickly responded with beddings and the arrangements we needed; (3) Swimming pool is from 8AM to 8PM, promptly opened and closed. Saw pool in-charge early cleaning the pool and was watching the swimmers the entire time. Suds in the jacuzzi made the kids enjoy more. If you have kids, limited inflatables are available upon request at the reception; (4) Breakfast - though not buffet - was really good. Kids had pancakes and enjoyed it, hubby and I had beef tapa. (5) Do know the amenities/features you paid for, so you can ask for it from the reception (if not in the room) and they will quickly respond. There were other things to do that we were not able to avail due to lack of time, such as the game room (which had billiards and darts), the gym, and a mini play place for kids (because my son is already too big for the swing and slide). Over-all, I like the place, the facilities, the staff and food - I was able to focus on bonding with the family, because Royal Parc Tagaytay took care of everything else. PS = A. They ask for a 2K fund deposit, refundable upon checkout. B. Parking, though not wide on hotel front, has slots on hotel side. Savvy guards were on hand to help and guide the driver on where to park.

Family Getaway”
Room exceeded expectations. It was clean, airy and spacious. Staff were gracious, polite and helpful. Check-in was straightforward. Amenities were good. The jacuzzi and pool were both well maintained. They had a gym and pool area but we weren't able to take advantage of those. Parking was sufficient. The guards were helpful in that department too. Location of royal parc is convenient as it is within 10 to 15 minutes of the areas we wanted to explore. As we went on a weekday, traffic was practically non-existent. -- challenge was that always needed to do a U-turn because of the barriers, but not the hotels fault. If there are any areas for improvement, I'd suggest that the breakfast serving time be improved as it took quite a while for us to be served considering that our orders were already obtained the day before. Also, it would be nice if the breakfast selection would be expanded to include tapa, longganisa, as other viands with rice and offer non-rice alternatives such as pancakes, waffles and bread.

Short but bang-for-the-buck stay”
We stayed at Royale Parc overnight, and I can say that it was really worth it. The food was great. The room was spacious and clean. They had hot and cold showers, bidet, toiletries. There's also a large built-in cabinet where you can put your luggage and hang your clothes. You can also put your wallets, cell phones, laptops, and other valuables inside a safe that's also available to use by the guests. The room had a split-type AC and beautiful curtains overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms also had a mini veranda where you can sit and relax and just chill in general. We enjoyed the pool as well as the jacuzzi. I just wished it was heated because it tends to be chilly outside, but we still enjoyed the pool anyway. The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was fast. I had a meeting that night and had no problems with the connection. All in all, two thumbs up!

Will stay here again”
I booked this for my husband's birthday staycation. The hotel is in front of the highway so it's easily accessible whether you're commuting or if you have you own car. Spacious parking lot with a guard roaming the area so it's safe. Lobby is beautiful. Staff are courteous. We specially love the pool as it's in the middle of the whole hotel. We were able to try swimming in the pool and it was refreshing. They also have a jacuzzi but it takes a while for the water to be warm. Our room was also spacious, clean and obviously new. We love the king size bed, it was so comfortable that we woke up an hour before check out. Overall stay is very good. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel for its price!”
We stayed for two nights. We’re a family of four (2 kids). The hotel is a nice location because it’s along the main road, easy to look for. The room is spacious, and it’s clean. The staff are accommodating and amazing to us. The kids enjoyed the pool (even though it’s super cold), and the playground. The only downside for me is I have to pay corkage for the food we brought in for the kids. You know kids have certain food preferences. And this is the only hotel we have stayed in that requires corkage for any food brought in. It’s not even party trays or party food. Anyway. Nevertheless, our stay was great. Looking forward to our next visit!

OMG! Love it! ”
So, i saw this new hotel in agoda, and they’re just along tagaytay nasugbu highway, the hotel is new, staffs are friendly, the room is clean and spacious, we got a two double bed room and the bed are clean, air conditioning is very nice and our stay was very relaxing, the amenities were okay! And good thing we booked 5 days before coz it’s fully booked when we got there! Love the food, and we get to have the meal delivered to our room coz we’re in a hurry for an event but it took an hour and a half for the free breakfast meal to be in our room tho, and there’s no free coffee in the pantry, so we had to order for it anyway, but all in all our stay was so pleasant! Kudos!

Great Stay”
•Cheapest we could find with free breakfast. The breakfast menu differs everyday so you need to tell them your choices if you’re staying for more than 1 night . •Great location on the main road but no restaurants nearby. And the road has a barrier so you need to make a uturn everytime you’re on the wrong side Room was clean but unfortunately the past guest left an underwear on top of the cabinet shelf (the staff didnt see cause it’s high) and my partner found it and threw it away. Great pool area. Delicious food at the restaurant but most of the food we want was not available during our stay. I love the sizzling bulalo!

Hidden Gem in Tagaytay!”
Best value for money! Me and my girl friends stayed for a night on their Family Suite and the room was very spacious, the bathroom even more so, and the room is also just a few steps away from the pool! The included breakfast can be served inside your room for safety if you opt to, or you can also dine in their restaurant. An ice bucket would cost 35 pesos, and there would be a corkage fee for outside food per person. Parking is free. Location is very accessible and within driving distance of Tagaytay's famous restaurants. Pool time is 8am to 8pm, literally nobody else was swimming during our stay so we got to enjoy the pool by ourselves. Jacuzzi was great but has no heating. Wifi is free and fast. Overall wasn't expecting such a superb stay for the price I paid, but this hotel delivered! Already booked again for the coming months. Wish they had a spa though. If you are thinking twice about booking this is your sign, snag this hotel now!

Out of Town Bday Celeb”
Stayed here a second time with my fiancé for his bday. Check-in was seamless. Room was clean, had to ask thou for an extra water and the complimentary coffee. CR had an odd smell, but was not overbearing. Cable TV wasn't working, but we had a mi cable and was able to watch netflix. Was able to request another set of towels and water for our 2nd day. Breakfast took a time to be served despite the cheatsheet and appointment. Hope they would add more people to assist in the restaurant. Overall, would go back as its a convenient and relaxing place.

We recommend Royal Parc Hotel BUT”
Although we enjoyed our stay at RPH and the staff were courteous and accommodating, there were some things that we wanted them to work on 1. We reported that the phone in our room was not working. They made us use the one in the bathroom first and said they will send someone over by 7am. No one came. During our entire stay, we either communicated with them through viber or the phone in the bathroom 2. They could not provide an extra chair in the room. We were a couple so we wanted to both get to sit on a chair when talking. The bed was too comfy and high 3. no one brought us to our room, plugged the ref, showed us how to activate the cable. we had to call for help for those things. black ants were regular visitors, as in they come (sometimes in groups) and go. we loved the place but the 3 items above are the reasons why we just recommend RPH. address those and HIGHLY recommended na RPH

One of the best place to stay in tagaytay. The location is along the road which is easy to find, the staff are very approachable and everyone is super nice, the room is so clean and so good that you will be so relaxed during the stay. Pleasantly surprised!!!”
The hotel had such a lovely vibe to it. We loved that our room (such a big one - 3 queen beds!!!) was at the ground floor with easy access to the pool. The staff were nice and polite. The toilet flush had a yellow color, we surmised it was recycled water so if yes, good on you! Just felt like no one was flushing haha. The only downer was DEKADA! We did not enjoy our breakfast on the 1st day. The taste of the tapa was off-putting. Waiter dropped a big piece of my tocino and did not replace it. He went to the kitchen but when my plate came back, nothing was added (going to the kitchen I felt was pretend lang). We had lunch that same day and ordered crispy pata but it was one of the worst we ever tasted. It had that pork smell, it was not crunchy, overall a badly executed crispy pata!!! Pancakes on our 2nd day was better. Will definitely come back BUT WILL NOT eat at DEKADA unless it was pancakes hehehe.

Enjoyed the jacuzzi! ”
Loved our stay in Royale Parc. We had a very relaxing experience, the place was very nice, clean and uncrowded. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi during the night since it was warm, we also used the gym & game room (billiards) the next day. They also had an in-house spa which we ought to try next time.. Perfect location as well, just along the road, perfect for public transfers. Highly recommended!

Will book again”
Location is somewhat accessible, I say this because we can’t really get to the hotel without taking the rotunda if we’re coming from Mahogany side because of the island/railings. Pool is very nice, especially the warm tub. We appreciate way the rooms are situated, we got the room at the very end of the building but it wasn’t inconvenient at all because there’s a flight of stairs beside our room. It feels like our own personal access so we don’t have to worry about distancing. The bed is very comfortable and Netflix available but there are several things that need attention, seems like the staff forgot to prepare the room - complimentary coffee nook is incomplete, missing coffee, only 1 coffee cup, missing room slippers, no bathrobe, ref was not plugged in so we I had to crawl to plug it. TV is on the right side of the bed - so bad for the neck. No mirror in the room. Toilet is clean but can be smelly. Too many insects and ants, but so happy to see a firefly on our balcony. There was also a frog under our balcony table haha. Breakfast is c/o Dekada, it was sufficient and coffee is good. We also ordered room service from the same restaurant, it was pleasant. Spa service is good. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and will likely book again.

Exceptional”
Great retreat in the metro. It's quite new and we got a promo rate. And like what other review mentioned, the place is Instagram worthy. We got room 120. It has 3 queen size bed, perfect for 6 adults. The bathroom is huge, maybe 9 sq m. It's like a room. They gave 6 thick towels, free masks, free small size alcohol, free pocket size tissue, free 6 bottles of mineral water. Their comforter is very comfy. Although they were not able to clean the balcony that much so the floor was a bit dirty. Aircon is cold. But the wifi signal was terrible. It was non existent the next day. They said wifi was broken. The free breakfast is not buffet. We ate the Tocino with rice, bangus with rice, and bacon mushroom omelette. For us, the rice toppings were better than the bacon mushroom omelette. It's more filling. The staff were ok. The check in took sometime due to more people checking in. But check out was a breeze . We swam in the pool but the water is not that clear. The jacuzzi was working and so was the fountain in the pool. But they closed the fountain after sometime. Luckily, we got to enjoy it. Hopefully, they clean the pool water more often so the water will be crystal clear. All in all , we enjoyed our stay.

Aethetic doors at its finest!”
Overall experience is amazing, however there are few things that needs to improve. To improve: 1. No available slippers and floor mat inside the room. 2. No availble bathrobe and hair dryer inside the room, you need to request for it. 3. Provided shampoo and body wash is not enough for 2 person. 4. Only cable TV is available on the room. Best in: 1. Room - spacious, elegant and super cold!!! 2. Bed - big enough and have lots of pillows. 3. Pool - child friendly since it is not too deep. 4. Ambience - VERY RELAXING. With jazz music in the background while having a morning swim. 5. Breakfast - enough serving and delicious as well. 6. Staff - friendly and super accommodating. They also have SPA and GYM.

One of the best hotels in Tagaytay”
Stayed here on my husband's birthday. We loved the place, it's along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway so it's convenient even if you don't have a private car. They have enough parking space, as well as a roaming guard which makes you feel secured. The room is spacious and clean, and the pool is very relaxing. Will stay here again when I visit Tagaytay.
