Good Hotel!”
Friendly staff, clean, great location! The only issue I had was when we booked the room it said free breakfast and quoted the resort fee as $5.99, which we prepaid. Upon check in we were told if we wanted breakfast it would be an additional $9.99 per person. Upon checkout we were being charged $11.99 for the resort fee even though we already paid. When I showed the staff member she was helpful and said she was going to knock out all the fees, which was super nice but I already paid and wasn't refunded the difference- not big deal it was only a few bucks.

I found Crowne Plaza Orlando- Lake Buena Vista to be a fine hotel to stay in. The location was excellent, rooms clean, staff friendly, and the rooms were good at keeping external noise to a minimum. I would definitely stay there again.

Look forward to seeing it finished”
It is under major renovation, which we were not aware of when we booked it so it seemed a little sketchy when we pulled up. The temporary lobby, hallways and elevators are not great but the room was just fine expect there was only a chair at the desk-no where else to sit besides the bed. We got a great rate which we now understand was because of the renovation chaos. We would stay there again just have low expectations for now.

Beautiful rooms”
The hotel was beautiful and updated with modern furniture and decor. We really didn’t see much else as we were only there for 1 night. My only issue was that upon checking in, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I asked concierge and he said “I don’t work for the hotel.” So I went to the bartender and he acted like that was not possible. Before you knew it there was a line of 7 behind me when finally someone appeared to check me in.

Not the Comfort Inn anymore”
Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista was taken over and renamed Royal Parc Hotel 2 weeks before we arrived. It was difficult to find in the dark. At least they honoured the prepaid voucher but said that under their terms & conditions no free breakfast and they charged a resort fee of US$10 per night. Room was comfortable and bed great. We won't stay there again.

Good location, room was tidy and the bed was comfy. The noise level was terrible, got woken up by construction work inside the building at 11am. A lot of surrounding noise which was not pleasant.

the breakfast cost too expensive, too overrated. The frozen pool. ...It is not explained how a 4 star Hotel does not have a pool heater. something that doesn't cost that much. My little girl got sick from the freezing water

It’s a very run down hotel”
The only thing I like about this hotel is that it’s very close to everything other than that the hotel is run very poorly. The first night I checked in, the moved me 4 times because each room had a problem. The staffs are not that friendly and they charged for resort fee each I was there and this place is not a resort. The water there is so dirty and the tubs are not clean at all, there was paint all over the tub and the handle on the bathroom door keep falling out. In one room the AC wasn’t working. The hallways are so noisy because theirs lots of space under the room door so you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Very disappointed with this place.

Great vacation place”
Staff was AWESOME! They were great with my children. Location was 10 min from Disney and Sea World. By far the best value for the location. I highly recommend the Comfort Inn in Lake Buena Vista.

Close to Disney ”
I like comfort inn because they provided the shuttle bus for the guests. Hotel locate by downtown Disney. Moreover, I walked to premium outlet.its about 40 minutes walking but we enjoyed it. We would be happy if comfort inn provided us the new route to premium outlet. Around the hotel area have many restaurants which are different foods. It's only 5 minutes walking to the restaurants. I like that everything is so close. The price is affordable. They provided many choices of breakfast at the hotel. We really enjoyed the trip. Anyways,I would definitely go back to Disney world and stay over again.

Convenient and Spacious room”
We had a very pleasurable stay in this hotel. It was recommended by a friend and found it very worth our money. The rooms are very big and they provide a simple but yummy breakfast. they are complete in their amenities and even have a pool. They have a shuttle service that runs to Disney Epcot and Universal Studios but what we did not expect was that the shuttle would pick up guests in other hotels and it took us about an hour or more to go to Universal Studios. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great Orlando experience”
Our stay here was good. The location was beside many restaurants nearby and was close to Disney and semi-close to Universal. I recommend this hotel primarily for families because that's mostly who we saw at the hotel. Young couples can enjoy it if the price is a concern; we only spent time at the hotel to unwind in our room after a long day at a theme park and sleeping at night. The free breakfast was good for the price of zero dollars. However, it is busy and loud with families so be aware of this. They lock the door to the breakfast room at 930am SHARP and they start packing everything up. I like my breakfast basic; toast/bagel, cereal with milk, waffle, juice. There are also sausages and egg. Overall I was satisfied with what we paid (we are a young couple, mid twenties).

Great hotel & service, but need a car”
Staff were really friendly and helpful allowing us to use the lobby phone free of charge to call car hiring, activity agents and cab hire services. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, including free wifi. The outdoor area was lovely with reclining chairs to relax by the pool, a heated spa, and a swimming pool with a water slide. Area was across the road from a store to buy groceries and also many places to eat. A free shuttle was provided for disney theme parks, however if you planning on going to other places such as universal studios, wet n wild or flea markets you will need a car for transport.

The soft king bed and pillows and very dark room with drapes made for a fantastic restorative sleep after walking around Disney theme parks. Loved the big mickey waffles at breakfast and fresh fruit. This place has a pool but could do with a spa also. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
