Disappointing”
At 1st sight the place looked like a prison. No office, a few staff in garage. Room: no hot water shower, no toilet seat (staff said all broken), no place to hang anything in room or bath, breakfast call at 5:50AM, called for food later was not fresh, made earlier & microwaved terrible. Location not convenient unless you have motor transport. This place not worth the price.

Royle QXV is a mix, the bad part first. It is set up as a short time place with hidden parking garage, it has no towel racks or place to put your belongings, particularly your clothing, water is too hot on a sunny day, and too cold in the evening and early morning. The good part is; nice room, clean, good bed, big TV, shower and tub in a large bathroom, small dining area with table and 2 chairs, decent free breakfast, no problems with rainy weather if you have your own car and the staff is very helpful.

My first impression driving up to Royale QXV Hotel was that it was a strange layout. No room doors, but white garage doors throughout the property. I checked in and the staff was very pleasant. When you drive in what appears to be a valet stand stops you and the staff member takes you to the next office which is the small front desk. After check-in, the "valet" staff member tells you where your room is and to drive around the circuit and he will meet you there. When you pull up, he is holding the garage door open for you to park your car inside. (I am thinking that this is the strangest hotel I have ever stayed in.) The room door is inside the garage. This is a new hotel, so things are mostly nice still. The room was pleasantly air conditioned with marble floors and stark, but nice, furnishings. The valet helped me bring my luggage inside then left. I realized he didn't leave a room key, so I called the front desk. Turns out they don't let the guest have the room key, and that the valet/bellman will always be the one to permit me entry. (Strange.) Unpacking, I realize there is no dresser. There is not one drawer in the entire room. And there are no closets, no hangers, and not even a pole on which to hang your own hangers. The only place to hang anything is on the hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom is clean with a good sized shower and a separate bathtub with shower, but no shower curtain or door. The wall separating the shower from the bedroom is comprised of glass bricks. (Strange) You only get two good sized bath towels. No hand towels or washcloths. Amenities included two tiny bars of soap, a packet of shampoo and conditioner, a packet of toothpaste and two Colgate toothbrushes in their original store-bought packages. The little entrance foyer has a table and two chairs. That would be a nice place for working with a computer, but there are no outlets in that room. There are no outlets in the bathroom. New Motel but lacking services”
Good points, clean, and new. No hot water, food was over cooked and chicken curry on rice was just chicken scraps on mostly bone. Expected more with what I payed for meals. There is glass panels in shower that you can see through in main room and your naked body will be reflected in the wall size mirror opposite, so everyone can see. I would use this place as a last resort

ダイビング旅行で宿泊しました。 値段が安く、出来たばかりとのことで6泊宿泊（5室利用）しましたが、 部屋に窓が、20ｃｍ×60ｃｍ位の窓が1つが入口のわきに1つついているだけです（5室全て）。 トイレに便座もありません（5室全て）。 部屋の掃除・タオル交換もこちらから言わないとしてくれません。 朝食も毎日同じです・目玉焼き1個・ソーセージ2本・ごはん。 シャワーも日中は、生ぬるいお湯が出ますが、 (現地のダイビングショップのガイドによると、日中になまぬるいお湯が出るのは、水道管が温めれれて出るそうです）朝・夜はお湯が出ません。 また、1日中通して蛇口の温度をお湯の温度高温側にすると全くお湯出ません（5室全て） バスタブがついていますが、全く役にたちません（お湯が溜まりません）。 通りから、300ｍ位入っているので、通り迄出ないと移動手段（トライスクル）がひろえません。 夜、10時くらいから若い男女が乗ったバイクが入ってきます。 （現地の人が、ラブホとして利用しているホテルみたいです） 安く宿泊出来ればOKの人にはお勧めでが、出来れば他のホテルお勧めします。

非常失望的一家酒店”
基本上是一个汽车旅店，没有窗户，每天早上六点有热水，其他时间水是凉的，和酒店员工协商多次被通知这是正常的，夜里经常有摩托党来住宿，很吵，偶然一次碰见来做清洁的，发现根本没有新换床单，只是把前一天的换上，如果不通知服务员来清洁是不会清洁的，地理位置也很远，打图图车司机是不知道的，晚上出门很暗感觉非常不安全
