    “stayed for 10 days. Grand deluxe King”

    Grand deluxe King room i had was extremely big. It has a sofa bed, which i used for 2 nights. The restroom has both tub and shower. Not very common for NYC. The room has a little balcony, but it was at freezing temp when i stayed, so did not use much but it is something nice to have. All room functions were good. Location is awesome. Wholefood is on the next block. tons of restaurant, especially a very short walk to K-town. Very clean. Friendly staff.

    “Great Place”

    This was one of the best stays I have had in NY. The hotel is nice and clean. It has multiple places to eat and still has 24 h room service. They upgraded my room on check-in to a Manhattan Suite and provided amenities as requested.

    “Grand Deluxe Kings”

    We really enjoyed this spacious room with the small balcony for 5 nights, we had 2 rooms side by side and it worked out great. I really couldn't have been happier. Very nice rooftop swimming pool that our teenagers enjoyed with nice views. I had the salmon from the Ivy restaurant upon arrival and it was excellent. Plan on returning in the Fall. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in New York City!!

    “NYC Mother Daughter Trip”

    We absolutely loved the Royalton!! While there is some minor communication errors with some of the staff and the front desk that could be easily rectified with weekly meetings! Keeping everyone on the same page!
