Stinges on the basics
No bathmats, available on request only. I asked the front desk and apparently this is a hotel policy. Such a basic item, I don't see why they don't even provide this. They seem to be happy with guests dripping water all over the floor. No hangers for the wardrobe. First day one bottle of bath gel was provided. Second day a bottle of shampoo appeared. When the bath gel got low, it was not replenished automatically. Then the bathmat was taken away...wtf? I get the sense that either the management was trying to save money by stinging on the basics......OR......the staff were deliberately withholding stuff so that they can get tips when guests make specific requests for these things.

The hotel is cheating me
I booked this hotel since we need to catch early bus to KLIA2. From the website, the hotel looks stunning. So i booked Suites Room since it has JACUZZI inside, extra space, 2 complimentary cocktail and the price is cheaper. Upon check in they down grade my room to Gold room. No Jacuzzi. No cocktail. When request for a room with Jacuzzi they said dont have. When i at the lobby in the evening, other guest check in Platinum room (with jacuzzi). But reception said its full. I book Suites room higher thn Platinum room. Should give me priority to hv room that almost the same category instead of down grade to lowest thn tht. Just becos im a Local ppl so ur staff not put me as a priority. What kind of service is this?? Cheating customer. TV channel only 1 channel available. When keep complaint bout it, the staff not even care to solve my problem. Beware of this hotel. Cheating your money.

Good hotel
Good hotel. The only problem was to find that street where it is located, it took me 3 hours to find a street. Otherwise, the hotel is good and very convenient.

The door cant close and I need to call technician, red bugs, crocroch, no kettle, hanger. Poor Service. Kindly upgrate the hotel to attract travellers purpose and business purpose. Thousands Applogies for my experience.😂😢🙏

Far from rail station - new room
We arrived in the night and we couldn't find its hotel sign unless we cross the road to another side due to its sign wasn't noticeable if we were at same side walking. The room is quite big for a couple. It is a new hotel. By overall, we satisfied with it. If asking us to come back or not, we may think twice as it takes time from the rail station which pulling baggages along the way is not easy.

Night shift receptionist was not helpful at all. Staff are not looking and behaving professionally. The breakfast area is awful, to the extend that we did not even dare eating there despite that it was included. We requested our room to be cleaned on the second day but it was not done. There is definetly a management issue.

Deposit is RM100 which is fine as it is refundable to guest. Check in counter did not provide WiFi password and did not explain breakfast location. after finding out ourselves, we went for our breakfast and was told by staff that my stay did not include breakfast. I have to show them my own copy of Agoda booking. Hotel is about 10 min walk from KL sentral. There is a petrol kiosk near to hotel should you need some late night snacks

this hotel value for money but disappoint. We booked for 2 room but only 1 room already clean and another 1 room dirty like someone inside and the window is opened. The bathroom is clogged. The carpet is dirty. This hotel not what i'm expected. Overall, okay. The staff is friendly. It's about 10 minutes walking from KL Sentral to hotel. But it's fun.
