Royce Suite highly recommended because the space is really big and comfortable. The staff both morning and night are polite and helpful. The hot tub was not working but it was not a big deal since the showers were great. The location was ok but no nearby convenience store. GrabFood is recommended. The internet was ok too.

Very near KL Sentral, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy and cozy bed. My only regret was there was no cable tv at the time of my visit-- it was out of service.

Be prepare to not have kettle ”

The room i stay clean but the airconditioning quite noisy although I found it still new. No kettle provided only 2 bottle drinking water and 2 glass cup.
