The 414 Hotel is the hidden gem of Times Square/Broadway, it’s a lovely clean, welcoming hotel with a home from home feeling, the staff are extremely polite and helpful, the breakfast and cheese & wine evening is a wonderful idea! Just to be able to make breakfast and sit outside on the veranda to eat it in the morning sunshine is an absolute pleasure! We will definitely return to the 414!

A Quiet Piece of Heaven in NYC”
The 414 Hotel is a perfect Midtown location for travelers who want to explore NYC. It is quiet, clean and unassuming and at the same time, welcoming, comfortable and delightful. If you are a traveler who enjoys a Bed and Breakfast experience, do not hesitate to book a room here. If you need a gym, restaurant and all the amenities of a full service hotel, then this is not for you. However, a a repeat guest, I would absolutely not stay anywhere else in NYC. Guests are welcomed as if they were family The light breakfast is a perfect start to the day and the social hour in the evening is a perfect time to relax and meet and chat with people from all corners of the world. The hotel has a European feel to it. Plus, the shower is strong and there is plenty of hot water. And there is a TV in the room and WiFi.

Greaaaaaaaat place!!!!!”
In a quiet and safe neighborhood, just ten minutes walk to Times Square, bus stops and subway very close, a friendly and great place for a stay in New York. Rooms are quiet, very clean and I fell in love with the extremely comfortable bed! Friendly staff. Thank you one more time to Jacqui, Emmy, Rachel and everybody: you love, know the city and are always ready to share this with your guests! The only issue? No lift but very helpful staff to bring my luggage to the room.

Great hotel in the centre of New York ”
Excellent little quaint hotel on a quiet street of Manhattan. Very convenient to time square and transportation. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic, friendly, & fashionable!”
I feel fortunate to have found Hotel 414, just literally 'down the street' from my conference and yet quiet as suburbia at night. I was welcomed warmly and greeted like a friend each day. Their hospitality is tops. Each breakfast morning & wine party evening, I met the nicest and most interesting folks, fellow visitors, and during the days I was able to walk to all of my favorite places. Highly recommended!

The room was a bit tired/dated but was nice and clean. The location was good, and the breakfast an added bonus. But the thing that will definitely bring me back is the staff. Never encountered anything like them. They were amazing. Friendly, helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. From setting us up with an itinerary for every day of our trip, including metro/bus advice, to providing a free bowl of granola when I was too tired to go out for tea after a long day! They were ace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great economical choice in NYC”
This is an unconventional hotel, in that there is minimal on site staff and most everything is handled virtually via phone/text/chat. But the experience was still easy and we liked it. Agoda never sent our contact info to Kasa, so we didn't initially receive check in details (you are sent a code for unlocking doors and getting into your room) but Kasa was very quick to take care of us over the phone when we called for help. The room was spacious for New York, had plenty of storage, super clean, and quiet. There's a cute little lobby area with a shared kitchen to use (always spotless and stocked). It's a walk up with no elevator. Hotel has a fantastic location in Hells Kitchen surrounded by restaurants and just blocks from theaters. A great value for the cost in that area of the city. Would 100% recommend a stay here if you can give up a few extra hotel frills.

Check in was a disaster”
I received no details of how to complete the staffless check in. After a long day of travelling I’m stood outside a hotel that I cannot get into. Nothing obvious on the windows to assist us in our hour of need. Eventually got in through tailgating another guest. Luckily bumped into another guest with similar issues. This company needs to review how they get check in details to customers, Agoda needs to review how they advertise the check in process with clear direction for customers. It’s not a bad check in process, as long as you get the details to achieve successful entry. If a customer had t provided any details prior to check in, give them the check in details again anyway, might just save the stress. Luckily the staff on the phone and subsequent follow up were extremely apologetic and very helpful. Hotel is fine, no lift though, so after the stress of check in, had to they carry a 23 kilo case up the stairs. Ready for strong man this year now at least. Room was clean and spacious, twice the size of any other New York room I’ve had. Wish I’d booked my 4 nights all here rather than squeeze into my current room. Good location for everything it appears. Noisy on the street but a jet lagged ant ear plugged (provided) weary traveller slept through it all. Would I stay here again, 100% yes, and next time I’d know how to get in! I would highly recommend if you are happy with a room to use as a base before exploring the city.

위치 최고 가성비 최고입니다. 다만 이 숙박시설은 2인까지만 숙박할 수 있습니다. 방음이 잘 안되어서 3층에서 내는 소리도 1층까지 전달됩니다. 그래서 방에 소음측정기가 있고 저녁시간브터 아침까지 일정한 기준을 넘어서면 울리게 되어 있습니다. 덕분에 전체적으로 조용하긴 합니다. 맨하탄에서 이 위치에 이 가격으로 깨끗한 방에 묵을 수 있다는 점이 최고 장점입니다. 다음에도 묵을 것입니다.
