Отличное месторасположение, все основные достопримечательности обошли пешком, рядом за углом, классный фуд-корт, прямо на улице. Саый центр туристической жизни. И в то же время довольно тихо. Нам спать никто не мешал, шума с улиц не слышно. В общем отдых прошел на Ура! Мы очень довольны

Расположение отеля ничего и ванна просторная, маленький семейный номер за цену 3800, вошли и только лечь . А окно маленькое как,, окно в Европу,, 50/50 , а вид на помойку и во двор закрытый . На крыше завтраки , быстро заканчиваются , но есть можно . У младшей кишечное отравление , не знаю там или нет подцепила . Слава богу , только одна ночь !

Affordable, Clean & Safe”
Their hotel is rather small but that shouldn't keep you away. I'm glad that I choose this hotel for our shopping trip. There is one convenient shop just 2 doors away from the hotel, so i get my drinking water supplies from there. The hotel room is in good condition, the bathroom is spotless clean. The bed & pillows are comfortable. The only minus points are (i) they only give 1 key card of each room. I appreciate if they can give 2 instead. (ii) we stayed at level 8 and sometimes the smell from the kitchen operation above at level 9 linger in the level 8 corridor. The staffs there are especially nice. Their English are acceptable and good. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Ben Thanh Market & Malaysian Street. For Muslims, you can get your halal food from Malaysian Street. I recommend Beef Phó from Halal Amin Restaurant. Best to have with their Lemongrass Sauce.

Safety, nice and easy”
Best amongst the best, at least for Vietnamese than Westerner. Good price, safety and friendly. No noise, no breakfast, bar nor kid running. No fancy bathtub nor beautiful shower.. Simple looks, comfortable and cleanliness. More tours, bus, foods, etc. For instance, nearest to Ben Thanh Market, and next to Mini-shop for quick cold/hot foods. But a lot of new guests, especially Vietnamese from the North(Hanoi) on shortest stays. Must quickly register on internet than call or walking. Thus, good place for good guests.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. The staff was very thoughtful enough to give us a free upgrade from their 3 star hotel to 4 star which is Adora Art Hotel. The reason, it was my bf's supposedly birthday surprised that I requested to them that didn't go thru due to communication problem because of my low internet connection in the bus that I took at that time going to ho chi minh from siem reap. Instead of waiting for my reply they decided to give me a free upgrade with a little bit of bday decoration. That was truly unexpected for me. I am really happy and grateful that because of their help and warm hospitality I'd still manage to give my boyfriend a little surprised for his bday. Thank you so much Ace Hotel and Adora Art Hotel. You have truly an spectacular service and warm hospitality. I will be back again. More power!!

Hotel is so comfortable, worth your money, away from ben thanh busy-ness but still 2 minutes walking from this hotel, breakfast is also good, the staff take note that we are malay and explain what we can consume and what not. Door person and receptionist person are so helpful as well. Good facilities, a very quiet hotel so u can rest at night peacefully. When Mom happy, the whole family also happy. Keep it up! 😘

Great location, clean rooms ”
I booked a triple room, but the hotel upgrade me to a family room without any charges. Room and bathroom was clean. There is a minimart besides the hotel and Ben Thanh Market is within walking distance. The hotel staffs were helpful by helping us to carry our luggages. WiFi was strong. Breakfast was provided though not a variety of choices but it was good enough to fill up the stomach. Value for money.

Good location, accessible to places of attractions within walking distance. Popular ben thanh market is just a stone throw away. The night Market is located just next to Ben thanh Market Street. Breakfast is worth which is included in the package. Room is clean and sufficient stuffs are provided. Receptionists are friendly and speak good English. Bellman and breakfast counter staff are very helpful too. Overall, its a thumbs up experience

Best value in area ”
I’ve stayed at Ace Hotel many times, and each has been a very pleasant experience. The English-speaking staff is friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, being close to many tourist destinations. Ace is definitely better than most hotels in the area: clean, updated, great location, top notch staff. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Saigon’s District 1.

Great location”
Friendly & helpful staffs they slept at the lobby & will lock the door after 2am. As the hotel have a no smoking policy, we have to go downstairs to smoke, hence they have to wake up when we need to enter the hotel. Family room is reasonable for 4pax.. Location is superb, with a convenient store & massage parlor below only minor problem we faced was shower water is spoilt. its either too hot or too cold.. but it doesn't matter to us.. we survived somehow. on my 1st day of breakfast, i noticed that the bread was stale, I informed the staff & she quickly checked the rest of the breads & threw whichever was stale. on my 3rd day of breakfast, the milk was turning stale. tried to tell the staff but she doesn't understand.. luckily a local was there for breakfast & conveyed to her and she apologized profusely & threw the milk away.

Best hotel in the area”
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and have had a positive experience on each occasion. The English-speaking staff is helpful and friendly. Unlike many hotels in the area, the rooms are nicely updated and clean. Excellent location within walking distance of many tourist destinations. I would highly recommend this excellent hotel for your stay in Saigon’s District 1!

Great Hotel”
I've been to Ho Chi Minh 4 times already and always stayed in this street because of the location. This time, I booked this hotel and I will book it again next time I will come. It's a great hotel, I had a big room with a view of the city, the room is clean, good breakfast buffet on the rooftop, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Good budget hotel”
Its clean, toilet is spacious and near ben than market. Just need to climb the staircase for entrance. lobby was okay okay but room is spacious. For breakfast need to climb staircase from the 8th floor to the 9th. Breakfast was good. Overall good and comfortable hotel. Yes will come back again to stay for solo traveller.

Hotel is in a prime location. 1min walk from Street Food Market/Ben Thanh Market. Check-in: Staff very helpful with the luggage. Jenny at front desk was awesome. great smile very welcoming, always willing to help. greets you every morning/on return from daily trip out. Room: I had free upgrade room that was nice surprise. good choice of cable tv. in room safe provided. free bottles of water provided daily and replenished. bathroom - nice size, and constant hot water. Breakfast: Did not try but was part of booking. I think it is on 9/F. Negatives: When it rains can hear hard water hit the roof. The walls are thin so can hear noise from people above you/corridor. I have stayed in many hotels in district 1 over the years, for a small hotel this has been the best. I would recommend it for the price, welcoming staff, location. Look forward to my next booking there.

Ace Hotel staff is friendly and always smiling. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Aircon works very well. WiFi connection in our room was strong. Complimentary breakfast is filling and adequate. A 24-hour convenience store is beside the hotel.

A bit far from the malaysia street. 5-10 minutes walking with quite a few road crossing. If u are travelling with small kids and old folks, the road crossing may be a bit challenging. But overall, the room is spacious and value for money.

Location is near to Ben Than Market also surrounding by eateries. Staffs are very helpful and friendly starting from the bellboy, reception until staffs at the restaurant. Our family room was very clean and bed was very comfy. Very recommended.
