We booked this hotel for three days. On the first night, while we were sleeping, we noticed some noise in the room. Then we saw a rat. It was very, very frightening and terrible. We couldn’t sleep until morning and left the hotel the next day.

Не хотели нас переселять, а пытались починить, но после еще одной просьбы, переселили. Во второй комнате было сначала более-менее, но ночью мы проснулись от того, что крыса ест остатки нашей еды со стола. Мы уехали в шоке в 3 ночи и искали где нам заночевать.

Номер был плохо убран, кондиционер не чистили очень давно, в душе вода не уходила, так как дренаж был забит, его тоже никто никогда не чистил. В буше были ядовитые насекомые ( сколопендра). Все в целом в очень запущенном состоянии. Давно не делали ремонт. Давно не делали полноценную уборку. Как можно игнорировать забитый сливной канал в душе? Там просто ужас, запах застоявшейся грязной воды.
Большие проблемы с водой. Бывало сутки не было никакой воды. Отель уставший и в печальном состоянии. Номера большие. Полотенца и постельное белье в ужасном состоянии. Кондиционеры старые еле дуют холодом.
Ужасно грязный и неухоженный отель и и номера . Мне сразу же захотелось уйти . Я так и сделала . Противно дотрагиваться до чего-либо . В том числе и в лифте

Прекрасные большие номера, отель тихий, недалеко от аэропорта, есть балкончик, все уютненько, в ванной комнате было все, вплоть до одноразовой зубной щетки и пасты, была гостинная зона и небольшой кухонный уголок, все очень чистенько и миленько.

Все не заспокійлива мелодія, під яку можна спати. Сніданок - додайте більше овочів та додайте в ресторані якісь гаджети від мух. It is a short ride from the airport, midway between Nusa Dua beach and Jimabaran so you can take your pick which beach you want to spend time at. Staff hospitality is excellent, they understand English and will help you however way they can. Hotel rooms are clean but the structure are showing signs of wear and tear which is normal for a tropical island hotel. All in all, you get your money's worth if you're off doing sightseeing for most part of the day.

I initially discovered this hotel back in November of 2023. My boyfriend and I loved it. Our only complaint back then was that our suite had huge cockroaches and so they were nice enough then to upgrade us to a bigger corner suite for free. Now it’s April 2025 - our anniversary month. We decided to come back to Bali to this exact hotel because we loved it so much and the people were so nice the last trip. We arrived at about 4 am where I initially struggled trying to wake up reception. It was dark and inviting at first glance. To our surprise, we received the same corner suite we had been upgraded to on our first trip - except it was extremely disappointing considering that the hotel states on agoda that they are “newly renovated” (nothing looked renovated). Everything declined. Upon arrival the right sink was not working and there was no hot water even after several minuets of running the water. Our towels had brown stains on them. The ceilings were full of mold. The sliding doors to the balcony do not close all the way (so when it rains the water builds up inside the hotel floor), the bed was comfortable but every linen change had stained bedsheets and pillowcases. The bed frame (wrapped in cloth and padded) has cigarette burns all over and it made the bed unappealing to even lean on (looks very dirty). Upon complaining even after stating we were there on a SPECIAL Holliday, they asked if they could fix everything during our stay. That made me angry as we are return customers - we didn’t want to come to your hotel for you to spend time out of our vacation to fix things. The hotel should have done that before our arrival. This part isn’t the hotel’s fault but our neighbor on the 2nd night and new neighbors on the last night were extremely loud and consistently kept slamming their door shut. Even the cleaners who were cleaning our neighbors room liked slamming the door which we would hear LOUDLY thru our loose door frame. The people that work at the hotel are young kids that don’t have proper hospitality training. It is a lie that the hotel has been renovated. Even the showers by the pool use to work and now both don’t have running water and are blocked off for usage. So people are just running into the pool without properly washing their selves. One morning a couple even let their kids completely NUDE jump in the pool and the staff did not care to correct the parents about the nude children running around the pool naked. We unfortunately will never be coming back. The only staff members I truly loved was the older reception desk lady - she was so polite and understanding and a set of two house cleaning young girls who were very respectful. We had to add 3 more nights to our stay and at that point I didn’t care if we had to switch to a normal room (which I paid for ) but they “let us keep the upgraded room” which was funny to read because by no means is that corner room an upgrade. It’s filthy. Even the curtains won’t open all the way as the curtain rods are broken. (So we had to find our own ties to leave the curtains open during the day). You can definitely find better value for the same amount of money at another hotel. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay but we had to make the best of our trip because we wanted to remain positive and happy for our anniversary but I deeply regret coming back here.
The rooms are very spacious and clean, although there are patches of water seepage on the ceiling and some of the facilities are not well maintained, the accommodation is excellent and worth the price. I would definitely come back to stay there again. The location is very convenient and the ambience is soothing.

Lokasi hotelnya bagus, karena dekat dengan pantai, banyak tempat makan UMKM, fasilitas kamar bagus, nyaman, lengkap, desain nya juga bagus dan utk tv belum smart tv tpi channel international juga ada. Hanya saja kurang maintenance lagi karena banyak yang udh ngelupas, dan ada coretan besar di temboknya. Air panas sering mati, bahkan tidak mau panas, udh sempat complain ke fo tpi ngga ada perubahan, jadi kadang harus mandi air dingin. Staff restoran nya kurang ramah, dan kurang senyum, untuk snack coffee nya kurang diperhatikan karena sampai habis bnget padahal masih jam 8 pagi, jadi sampai ngga kebagian snack, & tea spoon juga sampai minta karena ngga dilihat hbis di meja But overall good, just needs to be improve. Tpi rekomen sih untuk dari segi harga dan fasilitas kamar nya

The room is spacious and clean enough, but maybe needs more maintenance. Because some furniture like the tap, tissue holder and even bathtub are rusty. And also the balcony door was broken and couldn't be locked, but the engineer was super helpful and fixed it right away. Location is far from traffic and the crowd, which is what I need.

This hotel is huge room. Minus the toilet is broken, every day always make noisy and make me can’t sleep well. Hot water not function. Very clean and good breakfast. Please fix the toilet and hot water.

First impression was so luxury, spacious suite room, huge bathroom with bath up, living room, kitchen but all is outdated, with minimum lighting. Breakfast is good, parking lot at the back of hotel, nice receptionist. What I don't like is housekeeping forget to put floor mat, toilet paper, slipper, no new towel for 2nd night stay, they only give it when we ask, there is only one aircon for that big room, not sufficient to cooling down the room. We booked two rooms, the worst thing is room no. 202 so creepy, with odd layout, bed facing mirror, bed facing bathroom and mirror, one single chair facing bed, weird sound like heavy walk, handphone vibrate, like something is watching us, cannot stand to stay at that room, so my son moved to our room. And they give us another room for the next night, and fortunately the room is good, clean atmosphere. Not quite place, Sometimes Noise from road is so loud. The price is good cheap as we got promo from Agoda , but after experiencing this, I will not comeback, unless they do renovation. If you are looking for spacious room with bathup with budget price, and don't mind about minimum lighting, this is for you.
1. Very nice location. 2. Very nice staff 3. Food was decent. 4. We took a suite with kitchen. So we were able to cook as well. Staff helped us get all necessary items. 5. Swimming pool requires repairs. Otherwise its fine. 6. Rooms are spacious. Neat and clean. Overall no complaints. But yes, Investment to make better swimming pool is my recommendation to the property owners.
The rooms are extremely well designed, very large, and overall beautiful. The value for money here is really good, you certainly feel like you’re staying at a high class hotel considering the price. Some things are due some maintenance but that’s to be expected considering how big the hotel is and how cheap the nightly rate is. My only note: please include a ‘do not disturb sign’ because the housekeepers knock on the door very loudly and it disrupted my sleep (but I do stay up late and wake late) Overall very god, I extended my stay to a week in total.

I chose this hotel as my place to stay for 7 days in Bali to create memories of my honeymoon. The decoration and some special services were provided upon my arrival. The breakfast and staff service were very good. My bedroom was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Amaroossa Suite has the potential to be a great hotel if it is maintained properly. We were pleased with the size of our executive room, with the bedroom, living room, and kitchenette properly separated. The balcony was also a nice touch. However, throughout our stay, more often than not, we had to tolerate the moldy smell permeating the room. We also heard what seemed to be a rat thudding on our ceiling, which changed our perception of the hotel. The pool could be cleaned and maintained better. If you're seeking a peaceful time in Bali away from the party scene but still wish to pamper yourself with access to the metropolitan area and delivery services from GoJek/Grab, perhaps you should consider staying here.
Location is good, room is big, comfortable bed, there's also sofa. Bathroom is big too, got shower and bathtub separately. Standard Amenities are provided.

This hotel has a pleasant swimming pool, luxurious clean big rooms with a balcony. There's an elevator. WiFi is not too fast for work but enough for other things. Maybe 10-20 mbps

Staying for 3 days in Executive Room and get the best price. Big Room, Comfort Room, A Lot Of Channel for Movie, And have a good view (ocean). The Staff in front office give their best attitude specially one of the staff, Adrian, very helpfull and give nice explanation. Do not hesitate to stay here, one of the best hotel for healing.
The hotel is good and comfortable, it has pool table if you care to play. The unusual thing is that the pool feels like in the middle of hotel main area but it is still quite a view from the room. The room is spacious and got a comfy vibe. The bathroom is decent though. The nice thing is that it has a Netflix as well, which is a nice addition!
The hotel is approximately a 30-minute walking distance from Nusa Dua Beach. You can order a taxi and get there in 5 to 10 minutes. The room is spacious, but it's a bit run-down. My room faced the street, and I couldn't close the balcony door properly because it was old. So it was a bit noisy. Overall, I love my stay there. The staff is extremely helpful, and the breakfast is great. I recommend this place

I will definitely book again in this hotel when I come back to Bali. Ac room is so cold, we enjoyed the pool, staff are really helpful, the supply of coffee, tea and bottled water every morning satisfied me since I love coffee. Surrounding is so clean and the ambiance is nice.

I recently stayed in the Executive Room at Amaroossa Suite, and it exceeded my expectations! The experience was truly delightful and worth every penny. Overall, this hotel is fine for a night or two if you are on a budget; not for a dream vacation. The hotel itself seems like it was once a nice place, but now hasn't seen any renovations for more than 10+ years. The pool water is filthy, surrounded by broken wood and tile, the breakfast is limited which caters mainly to locals (fried rice, indomie noodles, and frozen chicken bits that are fried and served fast in sauces). The best thing is the fruit and fruit juice--other than that, we were left pretty hungry by the second day. Anything that is made of metal is rusty (especially the bathrooms and balconies), much of the tile is cracked and broken, and the mold is everywhere. You can also hear rats running around in the ceiling, and one came into our room in the middle of the night. The hotel was nice enough to arrange a different room, but not sure if the problem was at all solved. It's such a shame because it really does seem like a hotel that was once really nice but now left to shambles. The location is fine in terms of getting in a Grab car and going somewhere in about 10-30 minutes, relatively. However, now I understand why this place is cheaper than others--poor maintenance, lack of upkeep, and cheap quality food. Having traveled around Bali now, there are many better options which may cost a bit more, but now I know why and I can say it's worth it.

Rooms lovely and spacious big twin si k bathroom with shower and bath .big tv lovely staff . Food is good and value for money . Pool needs to be cleaned every day as hundreds of birds come everyday at dusk to sleep . Probably best if you can ride a scooter to get around as about half mile from the beach .
Compared to all the stay this hotel hd a big rooms and clean as well. We cannot compare this with 5 star hotel but with the price it’s relatively good . Staff were helpful, delicious breakfast. Definitely coming next time as well.
Its a typical family hotel that every family needed. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, shower and bath tub are separated. They also have balcony for every room, but all of them need maintenance. Overall good value for money. A location a bit remote but acceptable
The hotel room is big & spacious but the fittings is old. Leaking tap & toilet sliding wooden door can't even slide. It like to whole door waiting to fall off! Aircon is old & noisy. Wanted to swim but the water is not clean. I don't see staff cleaning the pool during my stay there. The staff are warm & friendly.

I had a an nice experience. Checkin was very smooth and quick , staff was very courteos. Room was good except for few things like the furniture is quite old and cracky. I stayed in private pool suite and that expereince was amazing. They can do little better in cleanliness around private pool Breakfast was good too

I visited Amaroossa last week and I had great stay there-I Visited for 3 N and it was amazing. The Hospitality is commendable. Rooms are big and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite near to main road. The only obstacle is the need to walk around to find a restaurant or supermarket.

easy and very smooth checkin and checkout process! no deposit needed. there are shops nearby that easy to purchase necessities at cheap price. hotel is peace and quiet. everyday staff come in for cleaning and new towel replacement. my 3 nights stay in here were awesome! highly recommended

My stay was pleasant, and the staff provided good service. When I was slightly disappointed with the room condition, they kindly showed me other options, which I appreciated. However, I believe the property could benefit from some renovations and a more extensive maintenance project. The suites are spacious, and the views are wonderful. Additionally, I noticed some hygiene concerns at breakfast, as some food items had flies on them, including a few that were no longer alive. While this is not a complaint, I sincerely hope the management takes this into consideration and prioritizes renovations and improvements, as the property has great potential.

The 218 room balcony door can't close properly. The room floor slippery, meanwhile the bathroom floor dusty. Price wise, it is cheap, parkir spot was unclear at the beginning, the entire hotel looks are really under Maintanance, the room spacious, but many not working, the bathroom are dirty, there dust everywhere, and the shower glass door, looks like haven't been clean for so long. Forgat to provide towel. Room can be used for 3 people. Breakfast are pretty basic, mineral water in breakfast time felt like using tap water, as there taste and smell

The place is clean with good hospitality. Cleanliness of swimming pool water should improve, and facilities looked old without proper maintenance. Anyhow it worth the price I paid for this stay. Somehow I will consider another resort/hotel which nearer to the beach, or a hotel with many food stalls in walking distance next time.

Staff are very accommodating, flexible and brings a good vibe with their smiles. They are approachable. I felt their willingness to provide you a good experience. I stayed here for 5days and I can say that the service, possitive attitude and willingness of all the staff are consistent. I never had any issues with the food. The room is bigger than I expected. and the location of the hotel is good as well. Overall, I'm so satisfied with my stay. In case that I will go back to Bali, I will still choose to stay in this hotel.
