Staff excellent, wifi horrible”
The staff are awesome. Really a cut above. They all spoke as much English as I spoke Mandarin, but were quick as on Google Translate and always ready with a smile. One example: the reception lass gave me the breakfast (which is served around the corner) coupon and handed it to me with an umbrella as it was raining outside. Excellent service. Breakfast at the soy milk cafe was great if you want a local brekkie, although the instructions are a bit obtuse. Breakfast on Sundays is at a nearby hotel, and it is rubbish. Cold and bland. The property itself is in need of a good steam clean. And whoever thought of putting fabric curtains in the bathroom wet area should be drawn and quartered. I’m pleased to say that the bed was comfy. Whilst I am recommending this property, it comes with one caveat: if you need good consistent wifi, look elsewhere.

Second time here... and won’t be my last. Staff are awesome, and (although they need to get the upholstery and carpets steam cleaned) it is exceptional value.

Not a good vacation experience”
We have bad luck, no hot water in the hotel due to hot water machine broken. Although hotel staff offered alternative solution, free hot spring coupon at near hotel, but the hot spring in room is the only advantage I choose this hotel....

Great location”
The location is great, just near to JiaoXi Station. Cleanliness on the toilet shall be improve a little bit. Breakfast is Yong He voucher where you can redeem in by walking in to Yong He. Great for a short stay though.

mold smell in room!”
Stayed in room 307. The room is quite spacious, however, there is a very strong mold smell upon entering the room. You can clearly see mildew stain on curtains. Hot spring water has very strong rust smell, not the usual hot spring smell. Sound proofing is not very good, you can clearly hear chatting next door. Was told public spa pool only opens on Saturdays. Breakfast is served between 7:30 to 9:00 at Honey Moon Hostel (鴻月莊), which is right in front of the railroad station. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

Building is old and run down”
The room is old and not clean. The facilities is spoilt and no hot shower tap water in my room. Can hear crack sound of aircond. Woke up in the night due to too hot, where aircond not cool at night. Unpleasant and sleepless night.

Bad quality”
Normally don't complain, but this place was so worn out. Booked the "suite", that was basically worse than other normal double bedroom I've stayed at before. Don't recommend

Old but passable”
Can tell that the hotel was extremely old and not well taken care of. Air-condition has not been cleaned for a very long time and makes creaky noises. Sink and bathtub can be seen covered with dust and walls were extremely old. Even spotted a tiny spider on the window before it runs off to another hiding place. Door handle is loose and spoilt but luckily there is a chain and a door lock to securely lock the room. However staff are extremely friendly and are knowledgeable in answering our questions. Tv in the room is a cable tv thus able to receive channels from different countries.

Next station hotel ”
Really convenience to stay in this hotel which next to station. Mos burger breakfast provided. The room is big but is old. The cups in the room are not clean enough to use. Staffs are helpful and polite.But I also acceptable for short stay.
