Excellent value for money”
Stayed for two nights. One of the best hotels we've stayed in 10 years of traveling in Thailand. Willy is a great resource for everything you might need. We would happily send our friends and enemies here.

Really nice host”
We really liked our stay. The host gave us tips about where to eat (it was located close to the night market). And she helped us with everything, which temples, arranging a ride to the train station, renting a bike and delivery at our doorstep. She was very kind and the place was very clean. 10/10 if you want to explore Ayutthaya!

Super comfy perfect location”
Simple and the bed was so comfy the best . Super nice big rooms , really nice hosts. Highly recommend. We rented motorbikes in front of train station so didn’t need a taxi both ways.

Acceptable but not to our taste”
This is not a bad place to stay at all. Staff try to be helpful. Room was clean with fridge, a/c and en suite. It is also convenient for the railway station. 10 minute walk to the passenger ferry and 5 minute walk to the station from there. Would be a very short tuk tuk ride. Bikes are available to visit the sites which can easily be covered in a day. The accommodation did not appeal to us unfortunately. The greeting on arrival was a little formal and we got the impression the person was reeling off a script and not listening to us at all. Friendly enough though. There were a lot of mosquitos in the bathroom and the room overlooked some waste land through bars and mesh fencing. The immediate neighbourhhood is not very appealing either.

A basic guesthouse ”
Very friendly woman manage the room. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable Many very small ants in room everywhere, some entered in my bag and beauty-case too. The room has a very thin curtains, at the sunrise the sun in inside, so prepare you to wake up in early morning

Lovely guesthouse, great value”
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious, comfy, clean and light. There is a cafe at the front. Also bicycle for rent. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, cafe and convenience stores close by. The guesthouse is central situated. It's an easy 10 minute walk from the train station via the ferry.

Comfortable and clean：居心地がよく清潔”
居心地がよく清潔で部屋も広く天井も高いのでとても心地よいです。ベッドの質もよい。オーナーの女性の対応もよく1週間くらい滞在したかったくらい良い宿でした。 It is cozy, clean and very comfortable with large rooms and high ceilings. The quality of the beds is also good. The lady who owns the place was very nice and helpful and I would have liked to stay there for a week.

Recommend !! Super nice value hotel”
The owner is super nice, he will give you an idea to explore Ayuthaya and you can rent bicycle from them and its avaiable to get day trip from them like boat trip in a reasonable price. Walking around 7 minute from train station to hotel, 10 minute to night market. opposite of the hotel and a cheap and nice thai boat noodle , its cost 10 baht each and one more shop cost 9 baht each bowl, its crazy nice.

The perfect location with very kind and helpful staff”
The staff (Willy) is very willing to help you with everything. He knows everything about the city and how to get around this area. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the station, you can get here by the ferry (only 5 baht per person). You can rent bikes at the place for 50 baht a day and ride to the old ruïnes in only 5 minutes. The room is very clean and has everything you need, including air-conditioning and a refrigerator.

Nice little guest house, you get what you pay for, Thai traditional style, coffee bar onsite, very quiet. Willy who greeted us was so helpful and friendly, we took him for lunch on the river, charming man.

Firstly, this is a small budget guest house, do not expect more. Willy the man who met us at check in was charming, we even took him for lunch on the river he was so nice. Rooms are basic, but that's what I paid for, a nice little coffee shop was in the grounds of the guest house, restaurants nearby. Ayutthaya is a very small quiet town, only for a little sightseeing IMO.

Outstanding!!!”
This place was amazing, and had the best customer service I’d ever experienced. The manager was very knowledgeable and had bikes available to rent, which are a must if you are touring the area. My phone had fallen out of my pocket on the van ride up to the area. The manager took a GREAT deal of his own time helping me drive to the van company and file a report with the Tourist Police.
