Helful people, beautiful city and great price!”
Baan One Love is close to the historical park of Ayutthaya where many old ruins of temples were built. I love taking walks so I have found myself taking walks from the guesthouse to these temples which is absolutely doable. No need for a tuk tuk! The staff was very helpful and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was able to help me with my visa extension. The room was clean and what you would expect of a reasonable priced guesthouse in Thailand. I had a bed, fan, access to a clean toilet and shower and service from the staff which sometimes required some body language when English was lacking. The food they serve is very tasty and foreigner friendly (not spicy). I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who would like to see Ayutthaya.

Great value accommodation”
We had clean, aircon, connected, private rooms for a very good rate. Balcony was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints from us at all. We would certainly stay here again. Food available downstairs isn't the cheapest, but is convenient. Sitting outside among the water features was a relaxing place to wait for friends.

Everything you need right close to where you want to be”
We stayed in the budget room with the shared bathroom, and despite being a windowless box, it was cherry and comfortable (they did good work on the decor). The bed was comfortable, and we had two ceiling fans and an aircon (!). The shared bathroom was, well, not very clean. And I went in right after the cleaning staff did their thing - it was half-assed at best. Bring your own soap and shampoo. It would have been nice if there was a pump soap in the bathroom. Good things about this place - you can store your luggage and take a shower after you check out so you can spend a day sightseeing before departing. I never ate at the cafe downstairs, but the restaurants nearby were great. Staff were kind and helpful, no problems checking in or out. Tip: there's a water bottle filling station across the street so you can refill your 1.5L for 2 baht instead of buying a new one at the 7-11.

Everything was okay considering the price is very low. Location, room and Facilities, etc. However, there was no soap and the bathroom was not very clean. It’d be much nicer if the bathroom is cleaned properly.

It was okay for the price - staff were excellent and very friendly, but the accommodations were lacking (literally a mattress on the floor with bathroom in a separate, unconnected room). If you're on a budget I imagine this would be a good hotel, otherwise - rooms in Thailand with no AC get hot!

Good location, in walking distance of most temples nearby. Although, the area is a little sketchy at night - watch out for stray dogs...! 2 out of the 3 beds were fine, but mine was extremely uncomfortable and felt wooden to lie on. We had no air-con in our room, which left the fans to blow around hot air constantly, giving you little cold air. Still, it was cheap for the price and it did the job for 3 young travellers.

For that cheap price you can not expect a 5 star hotel but the bed made sleeping seriously impossible. If you want a very very cheap hostel and don’t need it super clean it’s fine but (!) don’t drink the lime punch in the restaurant in there!!!! Food is good but take a coke or a water. Trust me

This’s the great location that nearly the Ayutthaya city and the famous of Temples with cheap price, but the building and room is a-bid old not much cleaning but can excepted by the owner and staff is very kind and helpful to recommend you with how to travel by good ways and prices.

I had a misunderstanding with the staff regarding the booking. A hotel employee only sat in an armchair and laughed at nothing. Employees did not show willingness to solve the problem. They just made complaints and I did not get the room I booked - I got a room without a bathroom

Really dirty”
Our room was really small and dirty - to such an extent that we cleaned it ourselves as it was unbearable in the bathroom. The wi-fi was not working and I tried complaining a few times at the reception without success as they barely speak English there. At the end a lady told me that on our floor there's a known issue with the Internet and that we can use it in the lobby. The location however is very good as it is really close to the historical part but still I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Worst place ever!!!!! ”
First of all, it's not a 24 hrs desk: I arrived in the middle of the night and got yeld at by the owners! They were angry at me and scream, even if I had a reservation. I send 3 messages to advice my late arrival, which they never respond. They also didn t know that I had a booking with them.... The room was dirty and so the sheets. Very hot in the room, even with the fan: impossible to sleep. I forgot my reading glasses on the bed and never been able to get them back... Worst experience even! Run from this place!!!

Too bad correspondence of the reception desk staff. He talk too fast and do not know what he say. He is very rough‐spoken. He has an unpleasant look in his eyes. His breath and body odor smells. He must quit a service industry.

This place is the right price in a great location. You walk out the front door and turn left end of the street is your first temple. It’s not flash or fancy, typical Thai bed, it’s a little firm. The shower is great and the staff are friendly.
