Удобное расположение, большой номер и кровать, хорошее белье, бассейн, есть в прокат мото-байки, не завтрака, но не думаю, что это большая проблема...

The girls in reception are lovely and always smiling and offer help if you need, the room was very clean, the bed and towels, you have a small kitchen with coffee and tea, microwave, teapot and fridge, the place is quite. I recommend to booking with them.

Very cozy and good hotel ”

Everything was perfect. The employers are very friendly. Very cozy design and swimming pool is not big but very good! Close to hotel are many restaurants and a shoooing Center . I will come back for sure

Great place to stay in Phuket Town”

Very spacious rooms with a sink, big fridge and microwave lovely balcony overlooking the big pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here ... very conveniently located for the Old Town. Breakfast is not included but available in the cafe downstairs, or you can explore the many options in the Old Town.

We have been coming back for years and this time they just add a cafe downstairs makes the place much more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just across from the Lime Light neighborhood mall and everything else is just a walk away. A convenient location if you have a business in downtown Phuket but not for a beach vacation.

Nice large room with balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no place to eat on the premises but they were in the process of building one. Shopping mall with food court and restaurants right across the street. I would stay here again.

Clean and spacious room, but old funiture”

The room was clean and spacious but furniture is a little old. Bed sheet was clean but the pillow case smells like it hasn't been changed for days. It's convenient for shopping and restaurant. Just few kilometres away from Central Festival Mall. Within walking distance to the Phuket Walking Street. Overall stay is satisfactory and value for money.

Valuable stay at the heart of Phuket town ”

Location is nice, it's at the centre of Phuket town where you could reach almost every interesting place of Phuket town in just only 1-2 Km. Walk to Phuket Old town for sightseeing. Many famous restaurants are surrounded. Supermarket is just opposite of the hotel. Staff are nice and friendly. Good swimming pool for your sanctuary. Overall is good stay and valuable for your pennies.

Decent location a few minutes to the edge of old town and opposite a new shopping center. Has parking which most in old town do not. Nice rooms and pool.... the shower is the best i have had in a long time :) will be back for a week for phuket vegetarian festival

Nice apartment type hotel with cooking facilities”

It was a very very large room which could easily fitted two king size beds, would be suitable for a long stay with its microwave and washing basin facilities. Centrally located with good restaurants and shopping areas surrounding it.

New, boutique style rooms”

location is a bit out of town, but if you do not mind walking, it is about 15mins walk to both shopping area, and to the old market/bus station. the rooms are pretty, with a balcony facing the pool (at least for us), spacious, and well kept.

Great service”

We were here to catch the Vegetarian Festival, and surprisingly, the location of the hotel was perfect. A 3min walk, and we could catch the processions almost every single day. However, food options could be a little limited around the area. 15min walk to the central area will get you more shopping and dining varieties.

Pleasant stay”

The overall hotel is really nice and good value for money. The first room we were put in had a leak however, the staff moved us seamlessly and were very helpful. All rooms were very spacious and clean with a well sized balcony. Unfortunately the WIFI is pretty much non existent throughout the hotel - occasionally we would be able to use it when sitting by the pool. Luckily there is a shopping centre across the road with a few coffee shops, all with good wifi. I would recommend this hotel but only for a couple of nights when passing through Phuket on your trip.

Supberb”

Stayed at this motel for 2 nights. The rooms are very big and well later out. The bathrooms are nice, airconditioner works great and there is a nice pool for swimming. This motel is more like a resort and I will stay here again if I am in Phuket town.

Great place to stay in Phuket Town ”

Very friendly and helpful staff, they even aloud us to check in early, even though we arrived hours before the regular check-in time. Room was big, clean and very nice with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Pool area was really nice, and a great way to relax and work on your tan even while in the city. Location is good, really close to the old part of town and right across the street is a small mall with a good grocery store, some shops and a couple of restaurants. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit unstable. Sometimes really fast, but other times it was super slow and even disconnected. Great place that we would definitely book again if going back to Phuket Town.

Wifi was bad this time round”

Every year when we're in Phuket, we stay at Baan Suwantawe. Love the location, surrounding, spaciousness of the room, etc. This time round, however, wifi was bad in the room. Can hardly get a signal. And was put on the same level as some chinese/hk tourist who were super noisy when they came back late at night and the next day when they check out. It's like they need everyone to know that they were leaving early in the morning cos they were slamming doors, talking loudly, even making spitting noises at the corridor. Worst ever experience. Apart from that, we did enjoy our stay after all the noisy people left.
